I appreciate them for immediately reaching out and putting an effort and initiative to resolve any concerns.XXExtremely disappointed with the front desk and appointment confirmation process.In early March, I scheduled an appointment for mid-April. The front desk confirmed the date and time via text, and I called the same day to reconfirm, which they did. However, when we arrived, we were told the doctor had already left due to a “timing issue” on their end.We take time off from work—we are in-office, not remote—and navigate traffic and packed schedules to make these appointments. This level of disorganization and disregard for patients’ time is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I highly recommend Causey and Hall Orthodontics!My husband, my daughter and myself are all patients there. Both Dr. Causey and Dr. Hall are very knowledgeable and have great bedside manner.It’s always a pleasure to go there for our (numerous) visits. Everything runs on time, the staff is great and very friendly, the office is comfortable, state of the art equipment on premises, and so many fun amenities like arcade games, candy bar etc, that our visits feel more like an outing rather than a chore.I finished my aligners journey today and I am extremely happy with the results!
