I'll preface this by saying I do not normally write reviews but It would genuinely be a disservice to the community not to spread the word about Ranger Electrical. We were quite despondent having had a different electrician 'ghost' us so I was impressed when the first thing Ben did was ask me for a copy of a building report I mentioned in my email - taking the job seriously right from the first moment. Ranger Electrical proceeded to provide us with an estimate right away. The estimate arrived and I'm ready for the traditional bill shock...but I genuinely thought it was so reasonable that I accepted it straight away and didn't even bother to shop around. I was impressed when Ranger advised me that work could start promptly at 08:30 am a few days later. Well I couldn't believe my eyes when Ranger Electrical showed up at 8:29 AM with everything needed for the job and ready to start. Both electricians were true professionals. Showing utmost courtesy, even asking where best to park, taking shoes off and even asking permission to enter the house or use the bathroom. I noticed they stopped work at about 4:15pm.. aha I thought 'early knock off' - fair enough they start early and it's been a long day. But I couldn't be more wrong. I then witnessed both electricians clean every part of the house - vacuuming, wiping skirting boards, benches - even parts they hadn't had anything to do with! I actually think our house was cleaner when they left then before they started?! The invoice arrives promptly and it is exactly as per the estimate and in full alignment with our expectations. Money well spent. Honestly; as a fellow small business owner; I understand the challenges more than most - but Ranger Electrical did an absolutely faultless job and I could not recommend them more 15/10. Less
