Everyone at CrossFit Viera is so friendly. I was new to CF and they have a whole plan that allows you to learn and grow while building strength and easing into the program. Lots of classes all day make it easy to find a time that works for my schedule. The owner Matt communicates with you and plays a big part in the day to day at CrossFit Viera. I highly recommend you give them a try.

Every workout is explained in detail. They make sure you’re doing it correctly to avoid getting hurt and to also maximize the benefits. They’re very encouraging here. We have loved attending CrossFit at this gym. The coaches are super nice, personable & helpful. My husband and I don’t have a lot of experience in the CrossFit world and we were a little intimidated before going, but the coaches have made us feel super comfortable & make sure we have the right modifications for everything and everyone else is so supportive. We’ve had a great experience so far!

Coach Matt and the entire CrossFit family were so welcoming to me as a newbie! Everyone was helpful getting me setup and used to the flow of class, also making sure I was doing things safely! I’m taking a break for now as I’m pregnant and have no energy, but Coach Matt even mentioned his head coach is a specialist in this field and they’ve had lots of mommas workout there during pregnancy, which is so awesome! I highly recommend and will definitely be back soon!

Dropped in while on a work trip and felt welcomed right from the first moment (at 5:10 am :) Matt (owner) was phenomenal. Jumped in to spot, cheered on during the wod, and was always on a lookout to help everyone. Great job and I’ll be back :)

Great experience at a CrossFit gym and I've been a member at gyms all across the country. Right balance between pushing hard and staying safe. Programming has been the right amount of challenge across disciplines. Helpful coaching on technique from all the coaches. Recommend!
