I don’t work out, so the excitement around this event was enough to get me out of the house and to the gym at 9 o’clock on a Saturday morning! Seeing the Donut Run in action and watching the kids and everyone who came out to participate was amazing. You could feel the energy and love in the room. What a wonderful event!

CrossFit Bravura has been so welcoming to my family. We have attended several events there and it’s always such a fun time for the entire family, kids and parents. We just went to their Donut Mile event this Saturday and it was the absolute best! The kids cheered on the adults, and then the adults on all the littles. It was so special to see everyone of all ages out supporting each other and participating. I will continue showing up to their events and am looking forward to having my kids become regulars at their kids’ CrossFit classes.

CrossFit Bravura is a great gym! Coach Dom is very helpful in teaching and breaking down techniques. Other people at the gym also are helpful in figuring out movements or weighs for a beginner like myself. I don't feel out of place asking for help or direction. As someone who has tried about everything, so far CrossFit Bravura is my favorite! Looking forward to the journey ahead!

It was such a great experience collaborating with CrossFit Bravura and the Pilates instructor ! The energy, organization, and welcoming atmosphere made the event a success from start to finish. It was amazing to see everyone come together for a fun and motivating workout while enjoying live Dj music. Absolutely love CrossFit Bravura! The community is amazing and every workout can be modified to your level. What I love most about it is that it makes exercise feel like it did when I played sports in high school. There’s other people doing the same workout and cheering you on!

CrossFit Bravura has a fun & inviting community! There are several knowledgeable coaches during the week and they ensure that you both work hard, and have fun with every workout or skill. I am loving the Mayhem programming and the Olympic lifting classes on Saturdays! Highly recommend for anyone tossing around the idea of trying CrossFit. They also have CrossFit Kids!

I attended my first yoga class at CrossFit Bravura last week. The staff was welcoming when one enters the gym.I was very impressed by the yoga instructor, Davida. Davida brought a calm energy and mindfulness to the yoga class. When I left I felt flexible and energized. I am looking forward to attend this weeks yoga class and would encourage anyone who is a beginner yogi or an advanced yogi to attend Davida’s yoga class.

Joining CrossFit Bravura has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. The coaches are fantastic, the workouts are challenging and scalable, and the community is incredibly welcoming and supportive. I always leave feeling stronger and more motivated. Highly recommend!

Tried out CrossFit for the first time when they did their free community work out and I fell in love! My husband and I were so sore the next day from the work out and all the coaches that were there made us feel super comfortable and were very encouraging. We will be back!
