You won't go wrong doing business here. I love the concept of making an appointment so that the visit is focused on just one customer, providing the customer with an avenue of having all questions immediately answered and all options well explained. Customer service was outstanding.... They are totally focused on making this a great experience for the customer. The quality of mattress products is very high and the cost is EXTREMELY reasonable. They met or beat the Black Friday deals I found online at other businesses. I came in with the intent of only getting a mattress and adjustable base for my father-in-law. I walked out trying to figure out how soon I'm going back to replace MY bed. Since they didn't break the bank, I have room to buy more

We made a special trip last night after work to look at mattress and boxsprings and it worth ever bit of it great customer servic,, let us lay on theam to see which one we liked best and fit our price range and it was worth every little penny got it home and put together slept on it last night and it was the best sleep my wife and I have had in a very long time than you chris for helping us you are awsome

Chris is absolutely awesome! He made my experience so easy. I love my new pillowtop and the fact that he delivered it the same night was icing on the cake!! I bought a king size pillow top mattress at mattress by appointment from Chris. Great customer service!! I couldn’t have bought a mattress from anywhere else for the price that he was selling at. Fantastic service! Great selection and pricing, great to shop and support a local business. Chris is very helpful, I explained that we were looking for a king set and that we are side sleepers so the firm mattress we previously had had been causing hip and back pain.
