Auto Trim Design in Tukwila did great work. I was recommended to them for body seam leak source identification when it was determined not an auto glass seal leak of back window. They found the source of the body seam leak on my truck, fixed it and performed retesting to ensure water was not flowing in. They listened, were able to get me in quickly and solve the leak.

They had our vehicle for almost to weeks to have a light bar install. We had sent them all of the specifications prior to dropping off the vehicle. Without notice they told as they weren’t capable of the install and we needed to pick it up. They should have told us this before or when we dropped it off and not 2 weeks later!

I had this company recommended to me by my trusted auto shop. I'm from Kirkland so was not too excited about having to drive to Tukwila for this fix, but boy am I glad I did. This was probably the easiest, most efficient, and excellent auto shop I've ever dealt with. I had a sunroof that was not working. It was an aftermarket sunroof and not opening. It began causing a leak on both side of the inside roo, so I need to get the sunroof fixed to be able to fix the leaks. They were able to fix the leaks and the sunroof, under quoted time, and under budget SAME DAY. Like I said probably the best auto shop experience I've ever had. Went to this place to get sunroof replaced because of insurance company. Excuses me, I brought the car in with no issue and I got the car back with broken break light. You told me it’s not your fault. May be the part naturally broken when the car stay in this place. Any way I payed for the part and labor of that part because I didn’t want to waste my time arguing it and it was not expensive. I understand it’s a difficult time for everyone and everywhere is short staffed. But the attitude here is not acceptable. Btw they never call me back because they never had my phones number right. Auto Trim installed PPF on my car and during installation they left razor marks on the edges of the PPF film. Some were so deep to the point it couldn't be corrected. If you are looking for a PPF installer, look somewhere else. If Auto Trim already has done a PPF installation on your car, don't be surprised to find razor marks after you remove the PPF.

Always good work from the team here. They know there stuff and get the job done right. Highly recommend for sunroof, window tint and OEM part replacement seat work.

I inquired about getting my hood wrapped with carbon fiber on Tuesday. They got me in on Friday. I waited while they did the job. They have nice comfortable chairs, I was able to do my work. Super friendly and professional. They finished in a couple hours. It looks beautiful, the pics don't give it justice. Quality work. I will use them for any work like this moving forward.

They had the install done in less than 2 days, the seats look amazing and the heating/cooling work great. I went back awhile after the initial install with a personal request to see if they could move the heating/cooling seat buttons to my dash/center console instead of the side of the seat where they were installed by default. At first they inspected my car and told me they weren't sure if it could be done because of how much room the switches would need inside the center console and the only way they would know is if they took it apart. I agreed to let them take a shot at it and got a call soon after telling me they found it is possible to move the switches to the dash and after picking where i wanted them they went ahead and got the job done for a very fair price and i picked up my car same day. Overall super good experience these guys are professionals at what they do & the work they did on my car is light out great! Less

Went to have a sunroof installed, they never finish the job , paid in full , they said they would call me back , never got a call back , the sunroof manager has a poor attitude, now I have to find another place to finish the work. Will never use his place again

This is a outside upholstery and custom interior Fabrication shop. They do fantastic work. I ordered Katzken leathers seating and they switched out plain old dull cloth seats for leather. Looks and feels like factory install. Whatever your needs are in relation to interior upgrades, give them a call first. You won't be sorry.

Actually, every time I went in I would ask what was done to it. The guy at the front would merely shrug and say he wasn’t sure and he didn’t work on it. I would ask, ’so is it fixed’ ‘does it leak anymore’? Asking for an update on literally anything. He would read off the paper that just stated the initial problem, and in my own words. By the third time of hearing that I asked for a manager. I kept being told how great the company, manager and service has always been, but never experienced that myself unfortunately. Less

Was recommend here from the dealership. Got heated leather seats and a one-touch sunroof cut into our brand new Chevy truck for a reasonable price. It looks like it came like this from the factory. They were able to match the top stitch from the dash perfectly.

This guys are fast, service was outstanding, my appointment is at 9 am, to get my rock chips repair on the passed side they were done in half an hour and look like is was no damage on the paint. It would have cost me around $500 to $600 dollars to get it fix and very happy.

Walked in, waited for 10 minutes without being even noticed by the sales people and the manager who kept walking around busying themselves with a customer or other stuff in the back room. Even when I asked for some one to assist me with a question no one appeared to care. It was not a busy they for them either. I had to leave after 15 minutes. Never going back.

Had them put white vinyl on my two side windows and two where windows on a 2016 ford transit . This place is very professional and well structured. They did an amazing job and couldnt be any happier. Manager/Owner has no people skills. He doesn't acknowledge U when U walk in. And he doesn't take the time to explain what the issue was with their product when it was bad or faulty. My system is still having issues. I don't recommend this place. Try Foss in Tacoma. I only went to Auto Trim because my dealer use them.

Great work! I recently bought a 2015 Mazda 3 5 door, and wanted a sub woofer installed and the windows tinted, so the Mazda dealership referred me to Auto Trim, and for good reason. The new Mazda 3 doesn't leave much room for a sub woofer to compliment their Center Point Bose factory installed premium sound system, so finding a solution that would fit without having to spend thousands or sacrificing my spare tire was proving to be a challenge. I stopped by all the local mobile stereo shops including Auto Trim, and Rick there at Auto Trim was the only one to present a workable and affordable solution, and he was right. Rick installed a compact self powered sub under my driver's seat, and it sounds great! At first after the initial install the unit was still in need of some tweaking, so I followed up with Rick, and he was on top of it and was gracious with the follow up work needed, and now my tunes are dialed in just the way I wanted them and I couldn't be happier. Also they did an excellent job on the window tinting! The windows look and perform awesome, and I get compliments on my cars stealthy look all the time.
