Just finished the 6 week shape up challenge at PT Corner (which became an 8 week challenge) l really enjoyed it, Dave was really supportive and the WhatsApp group has been a real encouragement to keep going and share any challenges with each other. I’m carrying on for a bit longer but have been very pleased with my results.
This place is epic. From the sessions to the trainers and also people like me. I've lost a ridiculous amount of weight in my time there. The best gym in town. The personal trainers are both encouraging and reassuring, what ever your ability. Therefore members maintain a positive mindset throughout their fitness journey. The other members are welcoming and supportive. I have changed my eating habits for life and I feel stronger in body and mind.
I love all the different classes PT corner do with all staff and members so helpful and friendly. Makes it more easier to go to and more comfortable than just a gym. I enjoy it and always feel great Each session I go too!

Each person has respect for others, wiping down your station at the end of each session means your not having to move around, wasting time during sessions, plus you’re not having to use or lie on mats that have been used by a previous person who is giving their all, leaving it on the mat. Joined PT corner exactly 16 weeks ago. It is the best decision I have made in a long time. The classes are small and everyone is so friendly and has the same aim …. To get healthy but have fun doing it. The trainers are so helpful and take into account any physical issues you have. You can choose a time that fits in with your busy lifestyle. I have lost 1 1/2 stone and gone down nearly 2 dress sizes since starting . I finally feel good about myself, and my mental health has never been better. I am so happy I joined, I am fitter, healthier and I've lost weight! I really enjoy going and everyone is so friendly. The sessions are only small groups and the personal trainers can cater for everyone, would recommend to anyone thinking of joining!!

Nothing but positive things to say about this place. Having never been a fan of gyms I am completely hooked. The workouts are varied, well structured and tailored to all abilities. There is always a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Callum, Dave and the team have a wealth of knowledge plus are fun and approachable. Loving going up here. The coaches are very friendly supportive helpful and knowledgeable!! I'm learning lots as well as improving my health and fitness. 💪😁 Everyone there supports and helps each other as well. 👍
I've just joined PT Corner after a whole lifetime of no weight workouts. The instructors demonstrate every exercise as you go along. They are motivational and encouraging. I like the small group workouts. Going forward looks good.

I have loved every minute of PT Corner. The trainers are the nicest ppl and made me feel so welcome. I don't have to do treadmills and that makes me happy but the workouts are intense and that also makes me happy . Whereas PT Corner is totally different, they motivate you and support you to achieve your goals. They push you as much as you want to be pushed. They offer ways to make the exercises more difficult and easier if that’s what you prefer. The staff are friendly, encouraging and 100% supportive to guide you through your fitness journey. I’m really pleased with my journey so far and my weight loss has been awesome. The members are really friendly and it’s actually nice to say hand on heart I’ve made some really nice friends through going to this gym. The Xmas party was a scream! The classes are small which is so much nicer as it stops you getting lost in the crowd. My journey has been really positive and I’m thrilled with my results, once I’ve lost another 6lbs I would have lost the 2 stone I wanted to lose. I expect this will happen over the next few weeks which is so exciting! I didn’t expect to lose 2 stone in 7-8 months! I’ve signed up to run a half marathon in March, I went for a 5 mile run this week to start the training off and I found the 5 miles really easy which proves my overall fitness has improved tenfold. I love the fact I feel fitter, healthier and my clothes are so much more comfortable and I can get into the smaller sizes that were lurking in the back of my wardrobe! If you’re thinking about joining, my advice is do it! Don’t put it off until next week, sign up today and get started on your fitness journey. It’s that simple….I don’t regret joining, I wish I did it sooner than what I did, but I’m so pleased with what I’ve achieved in 7 months, I’m excited to see what else I can achieve in the next few months. The guys at PT corner are great. I have got an on going back problem, I couldn't see a physio face to face. I decided to book into PT to do some light exercise to try to improve it. They have taylored various exercises to my abilities and they won't allow me to do anything to hurt myself further. They are a great team, great instructors and provide a great experience for all! best thing I have done is join pt corner everyone is friendly the coaches are great and they know when were and how to push you to achieve your goals wish I had done it sooner but so glad I've done it now and in progress of reaching my goals.

Joining PT Corner is the best thing I've ever done. It's such a friendly and no judgement gym with the best instructors on hand for personalised advice, extensive progress measurement, encouraging challenges and amazing knowledge on nutrition. You really do get a full 360° service at PT and I can't recommend it highly enough!

I've just completed 6 weeks of The Biggest Loser challenge at PT corner. I'm so pleased with my results. I have found the knowledge, help and support from Dave and Callum brilliant.
fantastic place, friendly bunch of people with diffrent aims and goals. The exercises change each month, but each day has its own unique style, callum and dave are encouraging and supportive treating each person as an individual. nutritional advice is available alongside the exercises.
They give a very personal regime for people of varying abilities
I’ve just completed the Biggest Loser Challenge and can’t thank David and Callum enough for completely changing the way I think about food and motivating me to lose 17lbs in 6 weeks. Great friendly place, exercises vary from day to day over a cycle so you can get a full body workout. Callum and David always been very helpful and supportive prepared to adapt the exercises to meet individual needs. The biggest loser has been a lovely way to meet new like minded people who have been incredibly supportive of each other.
I started at PT Corner 5 weeks ago taking part in The Biggest Loser Challenge. The team offer invaluable support, encouragement and nutrition advice. Both Dave and Callum want you to succeed and encourage you every step of the way, understanding that life can sometimes be tricky but they help to keep you motivated. A great bunch of members too. I can not fault Phase 1 and 2 work offs. i have lost so many inches. the support you get is amazing. i have learnt so much from nutrition, importance of certain foods to exercise and muscles! i would never even consider any other programme. I will be back! thank you all xx

Thanks to the team at PT Corner working with me and me taking control of my lifestyle My medication has been halved. People with type 2 diabetes that are able to get their HbA1c below 42 mmol/mol (6%) without taking diabetes medication are said to have reversed or resolved their diabetes. This also known as putting diabetes into remission. Loss of body weight can be particularly beneficial in helping to reverse the progression of diabetes. With time and dedication, type 2 diabetes can be reversed and the results can be very rewarding, with less tiredness and better all-round health. I’m pleased to say that 6 weeks in I feel healthier, I’ve lost weight, and the food I eat is a lot healthier.
