Even though the classes may have up to 20 people, the coaches give you personal attention whether a newbie or a veteran to Crossfit. During my 12 wk transformation, I was assigned a personal coach, coach Christine. She was fantastic, giving me the attention, nutrition coaching, accountability, training and intro to classes that I needed to become stronger, confident and hooked on Crossfit. She worked with me to reach personal goals, went through workouts and measured my improvements. She then introduced me to classes, attending them with me and showing me modifications. This month I made a year at CrossFit 845. The reason I wait so long is because being this gym isn’t just show up and do your own work out it’s coach to client interaction. I wanted to see if once you have a history here do they keep the same energy in dealing with you or do just just become a regular and it’s just a regular day. I have to say that a year later any coach I have dealt with including the owner Dave are always keeping tabs. They know when you don’t show up and they will end up checking to see if everything is ok. It started with my choosing the 12 week transformation program. Which was a success. My goal was weight loss and I was partnered with Christine Stas who is trained in nutrition also. From day one the vibes clicked and we got to work. She laid out the plan we got to work. She was very open if I wanted to change something and always made sure I wasn’t getting bored with the routine. She gave me her information to keep in contact and told me if I was struggling with my diet and needed help to contact her. By the end of the 12 weeks the results were amazing. It was up there as one of the best they have seen. When you finish the 12 weeks it leaves you wanting more. You want more results and the community that’s built in this gym doesn’t allow you to leave. There’s no egos at this gym. Other members will see you about to improve on a work out or new heavy lift and they will start cheering you on. There’s always seminars going on and some type of event. Also please for the the ladies do NOT be intimidated! Think I can say that a good portion of the gym is women. Some of the ones that inspire me are women. They get busy! I have been doing personal training sessions with Christine and she is amazing! Training is customized to fit my needs and to suit my level (I am a true beginner). The staff and members of the gym are also very nice and approachable. The place is one big happy family. I highly recommend!

Cf 845 Big Dave & his team are the truth! This is not the judgement-free zone, it’s where you learn your limits and raise that bar. Limits are temporary. I have a blast @ 845 every day. Everyone is very cool, helpful and they know their stuff.

I’ve been a member since 2015 and have zero regrets. Varied workouts with scaling options for everyone. So many of the people (both coaches & members) have become some of my closest friends and others...are essentially extended family.

Starting CrossFit was really scary but I’m so glad I did it ! Everyone at this gym is very welcoming and helpful, I was worried about feeling uncomfortable starting a new gym doing something I never did before but the coaches are great and patient and you can tell they love what they do . I ve been a member for 4 1/2 years and love it! I was 55 when I joined and before that the only exercise i did was walk or go on an elliptical. I never lifted Weights of any kind. This place made me stronger and introduced me to some of the most amazing people in my life!! 🏋️‍♀️

I am someone who is easily intimidated at gyms. However, I can honestly say the coaches and members here are welcoming and genuine. Dave and everyone was very welcoming to me as a drop in weightlifter. Everyone was very accomodating and kind. Ive been to a lot of gyms in the hudson valley region and crossfit 845 is the best and most friendly i’ve been to.

Dropped in for a Saturday workout with a friend and the community and coaches were very friendly and professional. Looking forward to training here again

CrossFit 845 offers a premium product in the area for fitness. I learned a wealth of information from the coaches ranging from proper form, nutrition, to overall fitness. It was nice to start CrossFit 845 in a welcoming environment and being part of a teamwork atmosphere.

Since joining, I have completely taken my journey to a whole new level. Was an awesome experience to have been able to participate in the 6 Week Challenge. Everyone, coaches and members were very welcoming and always there to help and share tips and to keep me motivated to finish the workouts when i didn't think I could. I look forward to starting my journey with them as a full time member.
