I have used All Star Bounce NI on several occasions, so much so the drivers know us. I left a review back in 2022 when Carrie and the team really helped me out when another company cancelled on me last minute. I live in Lisburn and im sure there are companies alot closer at hand but I would never go past this company, even though they are Bangor based. Once again Carrie and the team bailed me out last minute for my son's end of primary school party.They are so reliable and do their upmost to make your occasion a special one. I recommend them to everyone I know. Their professionalism and value for money is surpassed only by their efforts to please and make your event a memorable one. A special word of thanks to the delivery driver who fitted us in last minute, and took such good care to ensure our gates were locked after pick up as we weren't at home. Yet again another 5star experience.

Got a bouncy castle for my sons birthday party. Communication was fantastic up until the event and even checked in after the event to ensure I was happy with the service. Would highly recommend all star bounce ! Will deffo be using again!

I booked a Spiderman bouncy castle and didi cars for my son's Birthday party yesterday. I have a booking confirmation, I had paid in full and I confirmed arrangements with the company a couple of weeks ago. My booking is attached in case anyone thinks this is not a genuine review. All Star Bounce did not show up and their phone numbers were both going to voicemail. I was left in a large hall for 2 hours with 35 four year olds and no bouncy castle. Over 24 hours later, I have had no contact from them and they have not responded to any of the multiple voicemails, emails and messages I have sent them. I chose All Star Bounce based on their reviews but my experience has been the opposite. As a self-employed, small business owner I do not leave a negative Google review lightly and if the company had been contactable on the day, had made any effort to contact me since or given me some assurance that I'll be refunded (£110) I might not have done so. I am making sure that every parent at the party knows the name of the company who let me down and want to warn anyone else thinking of booking them. Trust me. You don't want to be in the situation I was in yesterday.

What a magical experience. My daddy has end stage alzheimers and bed ridden. I wanted to surprise him with a white Christmas as its also his birthday 🎂 absolutely incredible my dad loved it, and its definitely worth using these guys. So helpful efficient and available on phone. Can't recommend them enough nor thank them enough for making this Christmas so special for my daddy .
