Called for a price list was told I needed to see their Physician for $150 before I could get that info I said no problem and they still refused to set me an appointment. The person assisting couldn’t even give a ballpark of what HBOT or PEMF cost. I’m wondering if pricing varies by the person..lol Feels extremely discriminatory but hey it’s 2026 and I suppose this is acceptable.

This is a great establishment. Dr Lizardi and the staff at Omni LIfe are very kind, caring, knowledgeable, organized and professional. I highly recommend this place for the services they offer and Dr Lizardi's assessments/knowledge. They offer services here in which very few health-related establishments across the entire United States offer.Additional review regarding Cristina Alvarez: She is a very knowledgeable registered nurse who administers the EBOO (Extracorporeal Blood Oxygenation and Ozonation) treatment. She explained to me everything that was going to take place before, during, and after this treatment. I thoroughly enjoyed our conversations. This was my first EBOO treatment and I will receive the second soon on April 24th which makes it a 2-week interval. I feel healthier physically and mentally. There are very, very, very few registered nurses who are certified in this EBOO therapy. Omni Life is very fortunate, as well as the clients who are being treated at Omni Life to have Cristina Alvarez as one of their team members.Additional review regarding employees: Yasmeen, Gianni, Dalia, and Jordan...these four individuals are without a doubt, in my eyes, the glue that holds this organization together. Their attention to detail is superb. They each have a strong knowledge base regarding the various treatments that Omni Life offers. I hope that this review is read by the owners of this establishment and that they are aware that these four are advocates, as well.
