In February, my fiance and I decided to go browse with no expectations of buying anything unless it caught our eye. We checked out the home gym, it has a squat rack, cables, and a smith machine. Pretty much everything you could need combined into one piece of equipment. They were running a deal on it, again.. couldn’t pass it up. We browsed around some more because I wanted a rower to add to my collection of torture machines, and I found a concept2 rower sitting there just screaming my name. We purchased both the home gym and the rower and went on our merry way. We were told it was going to be in stock and ready for delivery in a couple of weeks. Unfortunately, due to delays, I was told it was going to be pushed back another couple of weeks. They added on a few free items just for the inconvenience. I called back after the first deadline and it was unfortunately another 2 weeks of waiting. Finally, I called the first week of April and they said the home gym was set to be delivered to the warehouse that week. Within 24 hours, I had confirmation that it was ready to be delivered and installed!! It was a long wait, but given the fact that most companies have a 6-8 week shipping estimate for such large pieces of equipment, it wasn’t that big of a deal. We had it delivered and set up on Friday. The bar for the smith machine was unfortunately not the correct one, but they came back on Monday with another bar and installed it for us. We live in BFE Buckeye so it’s not a short drive. The concept2 works wonderfully as well, and we look forward to buying more equipment from them in the future. Less

Customer service is severely lacking when trying to get help on orders. Purchased a weight rack after seeing it in person at the store and after getting home noticed I was given an open box and some of the parts to assemble were missing. No help yet in fixing the issue. very disappointed.

For now it gets a 1 star rating until customer service (hopefully) resolves the issues of my purchase. Went in store to look around and ended up purchasing a weight rack. I own customer service business and if I treated my customers how I was treated I would not have customers very long. My feeling is that this company has no intention in wanting to stand behind the products that sell. Ordered quite a bit from these guys - it took almost 2 months to receive and then stuff was missing. Tried to resolve to another 2 months and then they Refused to send what was ordered because they stopped carrying it after we purchased. Ordered spin bike and other equipment. Bike does not function properly and when I called employee was short/rude. They obviously don’t check to make sure equipment is in working condition. Returning everything. Waste of time

We were coincidentally coming out to the area for Spring Break, so we checked it out and are so glad we did. We worked with the Store Manager, Naili (HIGHLY RECOMMEND), and could not have been more impressed. She was extremely knowledgable, answered all of our questions, and even gave us tips to ensure no buyer's remorse. People there were very helpful. However, bought rubber weight plates. Once I unboxed them, they are covered in oily substance which is almost impossible to remove. Kind of hard to lift weights when your hands are covered in slippery oil. Their response is priceless. Heavy plates, when covered in oil, tend to slip out of people's hands and could potentially injure someone. Thanks for your conside... More

I visited this store last month and I have to say they have the best selection of exercise equipment and prices than I have seen anywhere else. Their selection of kettlebells and dumbbells are outstanding. Unfortunately I am no longer staying in AZ but they do ship so I do plan on shopping online from them. Highly recommend.

This company left us incredibly disappointed and inconvenienced. From unmet expectations with delivery, a passive aggressive response when it was two weeks passed the delivery time (6+weeks after ordering) and we still didn’t have an update and inquired kindly, to a confirmed delivery two months later which was then further delayed, then shipment of the treadmill only to find out it DOES NOT WORK... This company left us incredibly disappointed and inconvenienced. From unmet expectations with delivery, a passive aggressive response when it was two weeks passed the delivery time (6+weeks after ordering) and we still didn’t have an update and inquired kindly, to a confirmed delivery two months later which was then further delayed, then shipment of the treadmill only to find out it DOES NOT WORK, to the final straw of the company IGNORING our several outreaches for support.. suffice it to say we are now left with 300lbs of garbage to get rid of.
