Highly recommend! When I first joined, I was very weak and needed a lot of guidance on what to do for workouts and just how to be healthier/stronger in general. John and Justin have helped me with personalized training and nutrition plans- I feel so much stronger and healthier already! Huge shoutout to them and the CrossFit family!!
Been at CrossFit Saved a little over a month. Jonathan, Justin, and the team care about your results. The team culture is really great too they really push you to your max.
I didn't believe in crossfit style workout at first but working out at CrossFit Saved transformed my life. Group class setting and coach definitely will make you workout hard and you can see the transformation. Different interval training everyday did improve my endurance and strength under fatigued conditions. I do 110% recommend CrossFit Saved gym.
If you’re looking for a challenging workout, give CrossFit Saved a try. The coaches are great and the workouts are challenging but fun! You’ll get a lot of support with whatever your needs and goals are. If you’re ready to change your body and health, give them a try, you won’t regret it!
The team here has been great since I started a month ago and the members are all on the same page. Everyone is there to get a work out in and push each other to be better daily. The best part is every workout is geared to your fitness level.

Love this CrossFit gym and the results so far, let me share my why..... My husband and I have both been into fitness and health and wellness for years now. My go-to has been Pilates and yoga for the past several years. I work a 9-5 and sedentary most of the day. I found myself at a point where I kept getting injured from my workouts and I hurt my back to the point where I couldn't walk for a few days. I made a commitment to myself to do the unthinkable and start weight training as I felt I was stretching a ton but not building muscle. I have a few female cousins that have been doing CrossFit up North for a few years, they rave about it and look incredible .They inspired me to try CrossFit although I was very intimidated by the thought of it as many people say how "hard" it is. I reached out to get more information on the gym and Jon reached out to schedule time for us to come by. My husband and I met with him and asked a million questions (sorry Jon), he gave us a week free to try it out. It was intimidating at first, there is equipment that I hadn't used before and the workout was extremely challenging but the trainer was able to give me recommendations on performing the workouts at my current level and not overdoing it. I was really sore after and although it hurt so good, I knew I was using muscles I haven't used before. A few days later my husband finally decided to come with me and he instantly fell in love with the workout. We are now both hooked and it's something we both get to connect on and we now bond over getting stronger and pushing ourselves to grow.. Great husband and wife workout. Now about why I love this gym... 1. It's a family owned business not a corporation or a chain (support small local businesses). Jon and his wife Claudia really know their stuff about CrossFit. They are both really nice and you will see them working out with us. 2. The people are awesome! All local peeps, love walking into the gym and seeing their faces. They pump you up when the workouts get tough. Love that. 3. The cost is great compared to other CrossFit gyms. This is big for a lot of people, especially in this economy. 4. The workouts are always different and ALWAYS challenging. You will never get bored and you will love seeing yourself getting stronger. 5. Love the trainers; Justin, Alexi, and Jon. Been going to the gym now for almost a month and it has been amazing. As a 336 pound guy at the start one month in and I am at 321. All the Coachs and member are super welcoming and encouraging! Definitely worth your time if you’re serious about changing your life.
Great place to train! Everyone is very friendly and tries to better themselves and everyone else around them! It feels like the coaching staff actually cares and wants to help you improve yourself.

When I was introduced to CrossFit, I was so impressed by the one on one training and the variety workouts at each class. As a member of CrossFit Saved I have learned so much about myself, my body and how much farther I can push myself, than I would’ve ever thought. The nutrition coaching is very important, especially for someone like myself who that is not as disciplined as I would like to be in that area, having a coach that holds you accountable is definitely important in the journey to weight loss and living a healthier lifestyle. I may not be as healthy as I want to be, but I am way healthier than I used to be. I can be a good example to my daughter of what it is to work out and live an active healthy lifestyle. Crossfit Saved is like no other gym! The sense of community from the coaches and people there is amazing. There’s so much support, encouragement and motivation from everyone. Went here originally because I broken my wrist and my sister who went there told me John was knowledgeable about stretches and exercises to regain my strength and mobility. John worked with me and helped my recovery free of charge. Once my wrist healed I joined the gym and got a membership simply based off the type of person John is. Been here for 7 years now
Joined CF Saved back in 2020 and it was one of the best choices I ever made. I had never done CrossFit before and this was the perfect way to introduce me to it. Everyone here is super welcoming and nice and I urge anyone who is thinking about trying CrossFit to make Saved their first choice!

This is one the few CrossFit gyms that does it right. They have structure to their classes, the coaches care about safety and healthy movement, and every class of fun! Recommend CrossFit Saved to everyone!
Jonathon with CrossFit Saved has been a complete game changer for me. I started with him February 2022 I weighed 317 lbs, 38% body fat, couldn’t run more than 50 feet, couldn’t hang on a bar for more than a few seconds. Today, I weigh in at 238lbs 21% body fat Can run miles now, I can do a few pull ups. I highly recommend his nutritional coaching and CrossFit.
I absolutely love this place!!! Everything about it! The workouts the community the best coaches!! No one is left feeling “out” we really motivate each other every single workout it’s really cool. Everyone is super friendly and loves making a friendship outside the gym.

I first started CrossFit Saved in June of 2020 and it has been life changing. I would have never thought I would join a crossfit gym but I'm glad I did. All the coaches are extremely professional and push you to the limit in a safe manner. By body and mind has improved in 2 to 3 years and it hasnt stopped yet thanks to this gym.If I can give it more than 5 stars I would.

Jonathan and his staff are excellent coaches. I am a senior and they know my strengths and weaknesses. They modify all work outs to suit my level of ability. I would recommend CrossFit Saved 100%. Just show up and keep moving.

I have never felt unsafe or at risk of injury because of the experience and guidance of the CrossFit Saved coaches. I have worked out at large commercial gyms in the past but I found myself losing interest and getting to a point where I saw no physical improvement. I find that the workouts here are challenging and varied so that I do not lose interest. I find the gym and the class-sizes perfect for individualized attention and also for accountability. I prefer the interactive nature of Crossfit workouts, especially with enjoyable people. The gym members here are competitive for sure but we support each others' daily accomplishments and treat each other like teammates. If you want to be challenged, to see regular physical improvements, and you know you need accountability, you will find CrossFit Saved a great place to set and achieve new goals. Less

Reasonable prices, compared to other CrossFit/Lifting gyms. Owners are apart of the gym. They coach and help. The gym has holiday parties and outings. Crossfit Saved has been a very friendly and accepting place for me to work on my strength, cardio, and balance. The crew has helped me achieve goals I never thought possible, examples are strict push ups and hand stands. I enjoy working out at this facility because it is not too large. They know me and help me to accomplish the best way to achieve whatever movement I'm working on.
I joined this gym I think 2 years ago and it was the best decision I’ve made! Everyone is so supportive and always cheering you on! The owner Jonathan alway makes sure that everyone in his gym is being taken care of whether it’s working out & helping with injuries & tip/tricks or on the nutrition side! I love my CFS family!
I love this crossfit gym! It is a great place to go if you just want to try out crossfit in a judgement free environment. The community is so amazing and welcoming! Working out at Crossfit Saved is the most important thing I do to keep my body healthy. I’m 71. The coaches are great. They scale the workouts for my skill level. I highly recommend Crossfit Saved.
I Joined Crossfit Saved, and my life changed. It has helped me reach goals, and commit to them. The community is friendly,helpful and motivating. Lets not forget the coaches, they are educational, encouraging and knowledgeable of every workout. Crossfit is for everybody, even if you're a beginner.

I started at this gym about a year ago and love it! Everyone is so nice, welcoming, and helpful! I enjoy coming to workout because everyone is like a big work out family. I also love that they have a nutrition program. I have seen better results with this than any other work out classes or dieting I have tried and lost 15 lbs! Definitely recommend CrossFit Saved!
Been attending Crossfit Saved for about 2.5 years now. Coaches Jonathan, Tasha, Jenn & Mun are super friendly and care about our growth. There are also in gym competitions to motivate each other for working out and eating well. Overall fantastic gym, I never want to leave.
Great Box(gym), great training, great support, great people! Don’t be intimidated by CrossFit. Workouts are modified to fit all abilities and fitness levels. I am not the strongest guy, and I have tiny arms, and can still hang with the workouts. I highly recommend CrossFit Saved 👍🏽

I’ve been 2 weeks on this CrossFit and it is amazing. They’ll make you feel very motivated to work out a be a healthier person. People here are very respectful and always will help you if you need it. Bad eating habits-down. 6. Stress level-down. 7. Amount of time I take to run, bike, row, etc. a certain distance-down. Now the "Ups" 1. Energy level-up. 2. Muscle mass-up. 3. Amount of iron I can lift, move, carry, squat, curl, press, pull, or heave-up. 4. Amount of time I can run, jump rope, bike, row, or burpee without slowing down or resting-up. 5. Good eating habits-up. 6. Good sleeping habits-up. 7. Confidence-up. 8. Proper exercise technique applied consistently-up. 9. Motivation-up. John is an excellent instructor and since I have been an educator for almost 35 years I feel uniquely qualified to justify that statement. Like any great teacher he knows his students; what level they're currently at, what their goals are, and, in regards to their strengths and weaknesses, the best way to improve both. But here's what really distinguishes Jonathan and sets him above most other coaches. The moment you walk through that door, every day-and I mean literally every day-whether it is your second day or second year he knows what level you are at including an accurate idea of your previous times and PR's and what program and scaling will be best for you to demonstrate gains at a safe rate and remain injury free. This type of specificity also carries over to his verbal support. Unlike a poor teacher who uses and applies the same tiresome refrains such as "Good job" to any effort, John is specific as in a direct comment on correcting a minor but important detail with your form that you often neglect or reminding you of the struggles you had last time with a particular exercise and how you should attack it for greater success this time. With me, for example, he knows I lack flexibility in my shoulders and scales and tweaks exercises to address and improve that issue without watering down the effort. He prescribes specific exercises and stretches as part of my "homework" to develop my flexibility and remembers to check if I'm following through! Even in a class of 20, students moving from one exercise to another, music blasting and he working out with us as well, Jonathan will catch you using the wrong technique, the wrong weight, the wrong scaling and correct you in a positive manner. This happened to me-literally twice! Bottom line: When it's go time you won't catch Jonathan on his cell or hiding in his office. Best news yet: He has managed to pass these qualities on to his other trainers; Morgan, Cooper, and Tasha. You can't go wrong. Less
