Jake and Sean took on a pretty significant kitchen renovation including an extension to add on a butlers pantry. Could not be happier with out build and relationship with Jake, Sean and the team at Nomad. They renovated an investment appartment for us from bare bones to complete finishes. They were responsive, knowledgable, solutions focussed and very mindful of our budget. We had a wonderful experience with the Sydney team from Nomad Built. We renovated two bathrooms and the back half of our home and outdoor area with the amazing team of James, Harry and the ‘two Sean’s’. We lived in the front half of our house with three children for the six month build, so spent a lot of time around the team. Never in a million years would I have expected to be happy to see my builders each day but they were just such lovely people. They were incredible role models for our children - helpful, thoughtful, kind and sensible. They workshopped everything with us with patience and flexibility where required. They had high standards for their own work and those of their subcontractors. We modified and added things as we went for various reasons, as we developed confidence that they would find a way to make our ideas work. Their advice was invaluable and elevated the build. They always had options for us to consider. At every step we could feel how invested they were in doing a great job for us. We are so happy with the renovation and whenever we have visitors or tradespeople through they comment on the excellent quality. I would not want to work with any other builders as I don’t think they could ever compare. Less

James and his team did such an outstanding build of our 2 stunning bathrooms that we then went on to do our kitchen, conservatory and backyard with them.
