I was intimidated to start at a new CrossFit but I have loved every moment of my time at Aspire Crossfit. All of the coaches are supportive. They offer CrossFit classes multiple times a day Monday-Saturday. There is always open gym M-F afternoons and Sunday’s. Best programming and coaches. The gym is all inclusive no matter what level of fitness you are in or want to be in, everyone is inclusive and there are different versions for every workout. The gym, equipment and bathrooms are super clean with toiletries included. Best part is they are dog friendly.

We met with Sean and went over our goals and honestly, even though I immediately felt comfortable with Sean, I was still super nervous about committing. Sean offered us a free class and I decided the worst that could happen was I hate it and never go back. To my surprise, the complete opposite happened! As soon as we walked into the 8:30 class we were met with a warm welcome from a Coach Gina. I was pleasantly surprised that the group of people in the class were from all walks of life, age & athletic ability. From hardcore athletes to people just like me looking for a great workout… I started to feel less intimated. Gina assured me I would be fine and would offer plenty of modifications for anything I felt I wasn’t able to do. I’ve been pretty religiously going about 5 days a week now, since we started in May & I absolutely love it. While there are still plenty of moves I haven’t mastered, I have seen a significant increase in my strength and that makes me feel like all the hard work is worth it. It’s a total bonus that everyone in the gym is SO nice! We all cheer each other on, it’s so encouraging to be around such a great group of people. I love our 8:30 crew! It took me literally a second to realize that I found the place to start a change in my quotidian life and I believe that is 100% because of Aspire Family Members... Just wanted to share my perspective about them: Dan: this is the guy that will worry if a bar falls on top of you, lol! He keeps you centered and reminds you to take it slow, and just to focus on one step at the time. Plus, he keeps Aspire open on the weekends and that is very cool!!! Jerry: half of what I have learned comes from him. He has the greatest technique, patience and knowledge to teach; and on top of it, he has the kindness to explain it again in Spanish just to make sure you understood correctly. Sean: I know motivation doesn’t come easily, but this guy does his best effort to push and encourage you with words and actions. He always has the best insight about this style of life and helps you live through it. He just makes you fascinated by this little piece of world that he created for all of us. Micaela: a star fall from the sky. She coaches you like it is the last day on earth, she has this amazing enthusiasm and always pushes you to do it better; specially because she believes in you even if you don't. It is always fun with her and You will always leave happy after her class even in between the muscle pain and multitasking between family and work disasters. And finally but not least, the members: since day one they make you feel like home, Without even trying they make you laugh and motivate you to be like them, a real badass! The gym that I was a coach at closed and I started to look at a few options. Aspire was my first stop... And I never made it to any others. Sean and Jerry were there and welcomed me on my first day as if I had been a member for years. I do open gym but Micaela makes the classes so fun for new and old members. If you try a class I have a good feeling you'll find it like home!

Aspire is truly amazing gym. The coaches are knowledgeable and hands on during and after the workouts. The workouts challenging and wanting you compete with others but also yourself. Aspire members help build one another up and push each other to be better every workout. Beyond happy I finally found a gym that I love and want to go to everyday.

I have to leave a five star review for my favorite gym ever. I am not sure what more I can say other than the community, workouts, and knowledge are unmatched in the industry. I am so happy I came across this place almost 2 years ago.

First I want to start off with the organization. Second, I want to talk about the workout sessions. Everyday for the past couple of months, I have lost 12 pounds, and gained a good amount of muscle, these exercises generally make my heart rate go up and I feel satisfied after the workout. I don’t get burnt out, nor do I feel like I didn’t do enough. Lastly this gym has really good vibes all the time. This place is absolutely amazing! The staff, along with the people who train here, are all super friendly. The instructors actually care about the small details, like your form. They never pressure you with adding weight if you’re not ready or comfortable. Aspire absolutely rocks!!!!

Excellent coaches! They really take the time to explain all of the exercises and make sure that you are doing every movement correctly. Everyone is very nice and make you feel part of the community.

Best crossfit in the world. My wife and I delayed moving just so we can keep attending this crossfit. Best people, best coaches, and a great workout. Aspire will never disappoint. Sean, Erika, Micaela, Jerry, and every other coach and wonderful athletes, you guys are awesome.

Being 47 I was nervous .!! From the second I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile by Sean.!! The next day I had an amazing First evaluation and pre workout with Victor and talked with Yesika .!! Sorry for the spelling ! I can’t wait for Monday to start my Training .!! Aspire Sports Lab is a one of a kind place! Coach Sean always says to make our workout the best hour of our day, and I truly feel it is! The workouts push me to be the best I can be and I have made the most amazing friends through this gym! I would highly recommend ASL to anyone! When we moved to Broward one of the hardest services to find was new crossfit box. I bounced around and tried 4-5 boxes in the area. I thought how hard could it be to find a clean supportive environment with knowledgeable staff? Turns out it was one of the hardest parts of our move for me. Thankfully about a year into trying other places, Sean opened Aspire. I was reluctant at first after trying so many other places in Broward that were either filthy dirty, cramped, or the staff was incompetent. Sean and Aspire has been just what I have been looking for. He and Kari are extremely knowledgeable, (not just about xfit but about health and nutrition as well), kind, fun, and motivating. The Aspire box is ALWAYS clean, it has a great vibe and its equipment is great. If anyone wants to take get in shape and learn new skills, I suggest trying out a week at Aspire. Most people are afraid to try crossfit because they are afraid they will get injured or too big. Sean is an amazing coach who is very careful with what you do and how you do it. I've lost 8% body fat since I joined in September 2017! I love it! These guys are great at balancing your wellness and fitness. At the end of each class there is additional work to improve flexibility and avoid injuries. This is really important in order to stay consistent. They also know when you are ready to be pushed past what you are comfortable with in order to progress.

Best gym and family ever! Sean and Kari have been amazing at helping me get back in the gym and running again and I couldn’t be more happy to be apart of the ASL family!
