Haven’t been to the one in Katy Texas but have been to the one in Cypress Texas and the customer service was great really help me pick out a good coils for my mode mesh coils r a great choice for me . Brings a good flavor thanks cypress vape Militia. 👍😎😎

2nd review I was contacted by the owner about my experience and he got really in depth with the questions he was asking and took time out of his day to get to the heart of the problem i call that customer service Original review The employee was a rude lil kid look like he was fresh out of high school im very picky about my flavors so i wanted to try em not even 5 mins into tryn flavors he starts to get attitude and tells me " i cant sit here and let you try flavors all day i got work to do" but theres 2 other employees sitting behind the counter so i picked the 2 e liquids i liked and left but that lil punk lied to me when i asked what ratio the liquid was he said they were both 70/30 1 was max vg the other was 50/50 its kinda my own fault for not checking but i didnt feel welcomed and i wanted to leave 4 stars for liquid variety but 1 star overall for that 1 employee

Cameron is awesome he's always very quick to direct you towards a great setup. He's very knowledgable about the products. Mark the chilliest owner ever, and I have nothing but good things to say about heather. Coming from a long time vaper this is the best shop in Katy to go to. They won't let you down. Decent prices top customer service, chill social atmosphere.
