Great experience at my apartment complex today, tyler gave me honest info on what needed to be done with my fridge.

Very disappointed in this company. I made an appointment online for dryer repair. On the day scheduled, the company called to cancel and reschedule. On the rescheduled day, I received a text saying that Tyler would be there during the six-hour window I agreed to. Tyler never showed up and no one called to advise or reschedule.

Guy was knowledgeable and fast, same day service. Highly recommend!

Called for help with my refrigerator at 6:30 in the evening. They got back to me right away!! They talked to me about options and gave me information on recalls for my make and model. They also gave me solid advice and honest opinions. I did not use them for repairs (better for me to buy new…) but I truly will call them next time I need an appliance repair!

The lady on the phone got me booked right away to get my lg fridge fixed. Tyler arrived and replaced the LG compressor under warranty from my warranty company.

Tyler the tech was great from the moment he arrived. He immediately put on shoe coverings upon arrival and introduced himself, talked about the 1-year checkup on our appliances and the got started.
