Very disappointed in this company. I made an appointment online for dryer repair. On the day scheduled, the company called to cancel and reschedule. On the rescheduled day, I received a text saying that Tyler would be there during the six-hour window I agreed to. Tyler never showed up and no one called to advise or reschedule.

I had my GE refrigerator stop cooling and found that after cleaning the condenser it started cooling again.I was still getting Ridge Appliances repairs to make sure it was ok.Tyler gave me some advice on how to keep my GE refrigerator running as long as possible. It's worth the trip to learn how a refrigerator works and how to keep it running! Thank you.

Called for help with my refrigerator at 6:30 in the evening. They got back to me right away!! They talked to me about options and gave me information on recalls for my make and model. They also gave me solid advice and honest opinions. I did not use them for repairs (better for me to buy new…) but I truly will call them next time I need an appliance repair!

Tyler the tech was great from the moment he arrived. He immediately put on shoe coverings upon arrival and introduced himself, talked about the 1-year checkup on our appliances and the got started. Upon completion he gave us tips to keep our appliances in top shape (and reminders on changing our water filter). It was nice to meet a great ridge appliance repair.Thanks
