AAA Airco has the best customer service of any company I’ve ever done business with! We have relied on them for the past several years. From fixing our old unit at midnight when we returned home from our summer vacation a few years ago to find it not working at all in the July heat, to getting us the best deal and equipment when it came time to replace that unit with a new one a year later. Today we had to replace the compressor among other parts in our unit because of a power surge, and Eriell drove all the way to North Richland Hills to get it immediately so we wouldn’t have to be without air conditioning for what could have been a week or more! Kim is the kindest, most helpful person ever any time I call and always makes sure I know our options, cost, and a timeline of the repairs. Colton was so efficient and friendly today, as always, in finding the problem then making repairs once we had parts. I come from a very small town where people look out for each other. AAA Airco is that kind of company putting their customers first and truly caring about the community they serve. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, character, and work ethic!

We had a wonderful experience with AAA Airco! They were the 3rd company we called to come out and look at our a/c that had stopped working…getting multiple opinions. First two companies quoted an entirely new unit. AAA Airco came out right away, worked quickly and extremely thoroughly, and got us up and running for literal thousands of dollars cheaper than the other companies. No new unit needed. I cannot express how much I recommend this company. My A/C duct issue was handled immediately. They also took the time to explain to me, in "layman" terms what my issue was...then went above and beyond to clean, check and make sure there we no other issues and my system was running perfectly. The best service I could ask for. They came, completed the repair after hours, and on short notice, which was the main concern. No price gouging for after hours. They did a thorough cleaning and check up on the system after completing the repair. Very professional father and son team. I've got an AC guy now. I highly recommend!
