The Saturday WOD is generally a longer partner WOD. I also like the fact that this gym focuses on form and includes linear progression in their programming. They also expanded their amenities to include cold plunge tubs, IV treatments, and popsicles in addition to the existing “bougie towel service” and outdoor shower (for rinsing off before hopping into the plunge tub). What also sets this gym apart from others is it’s programming and equipment for adaptive athletes. Definitely check it out. Less

I've been around the Crossfit scene for many years and South Orlando Crossfit is one of the best. The trainers are consistent, professional and very knowledgeable. The gym is well equipped and maintained. This isn't a remotely operated chain. The Owners are wonderful members of the local community and frequently leading classes or getting a workout themselves.

Instead, I have made friends , been to beach socials, holiday parties, baby showers, watched each other’s kids learn to walk, and become part of a family. Somewhere way second to the experience of being part of SOCF , I lost 46 lbs . After 1 year, I am the strongest I have been since I was in my mid to late twenties, and I have set new goals for the next year…..The Recover room Is pretty amazing as well. My son loves this place! CrossFit can be very intimidating, but the crew at South Orlando CrossFit were not only supportive and guided him on proper techniques, but they made him feel like family. He looks forward to his workouts, and his new found self-confidence exceeds my expectations. The owner Trevor, is there daily and a tremendous role model. We’re lucky to have found such a place.

Definitely the best Crossfit gym and community in Orlando. From beginners to experience athletes, I love how everyone helps each other and there’s always coaches around to guide you. Huge plus, the recovery room with cold plunges and infrared sauna it’s amazing. They offer free trials too.

I have a weird work schedule but they have a lot of class options and an open gym time so I never can use my work as an excuse not to work out. I came to Orlando for spring break, and South Orlando Crossfit was the first gym I visited and it set the bar pretty high for the rest of the gyms! The facility was very clean and organized! Such a great gym. The coaches are helpful, encouraging, incredibly knowledgeable and focus on proper form. The workouts will break you off, but it's worth it. I only wish I found out about this gym sooner. I'd recommend it to anyone, regardless of current skill level. They WILL teach you. Went to SOCF on my vacation. Coach Trevor was very welcoming. After the warm-up we did a skill/strength session with emphasis on bodyweight-movements (my weakness) and a WOD, I had never done before. Great place to get fit!
