We see Somos as a second home and my daughter has truly grown up in this gym as if it were her home too. I am beyond grateful for their inclusiveness and caring nature. I can happily say I have gotten back to my pre baby fitness level and more. This is definitely the best CrossFit gym in Barrie. We follow very good programming, the community is very supportive and fun and the coaches are very well educated. In seven months my strength and stamina has improved by at least 25%. In addition, I have dropped 18 pounds of excess 'dad bod'. I joined this gym 4 weeks ago after being very lethargic during the pandemic. I'm out of shape and brand new to CrossFit so I was a little intimidated to join. I'm so glad I did join - the staff are patient, skilled and motivating and the members of this gym are fantastic! I am loving the workouts and the atmosphere. I have been going to Somos for about 10 months and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! The community and the coaches are really what do it for me. I came to Somos knowing nothing about CrossFit but Laura and Armando work miracles and now I came lift heavy things!

The best decision I made for my health and fitness was joinng ERT!! From the coaches to the athletes, everyone in the building is full of a positive energy that is contagious. After one workout I knew this was the place for me, I quit my "big box" gym the next day and have never looked back!!

CrossFit ERT is the best! I started a few months ago with the 101 class and since then I have been hooked! Great for all levels of athlete. CrossFit ERT has it all, from great class schedule, welcoming members and supportive and knowledgeable coaches. A great atmosphere to work towards your goals.

I have been doing cross fit for a month. I really enjoy it. Still getting to know my way around everything. Some times feel bad that I am not catching on as quick as I would like two. The staff and crew are wonderful. You always feel welcome. And everybody is there to push you and praise you up.

Can't say enough great things! Having just joined Cross Fit 5-weeks ago, I am very impressed with how supportive everyone is. You scale to your own abilities and everyone cheers you on. The coaches and members make me feel so welcome, and our baby & toddler love coming to watch. Awesome community and overall great place to work out :)
