We recently completed our move from Ohio to Colorado. After some searching, we selected Bree Vialpando and the McClain Group to help with our move. I cannot tell you how much Bree meant to us during this move. Incredibly responsive, asked great questions and really helped in the offer negotiations. But being from out of state, we couldn't be here for so much and THERE IS NO WAY WE COULD HAVE HAD THE RESULT WE DID WITHOUT HER. She was so awesome and did an amazing job. And (I think people discount how important this is...) she was super nice and a joy to work with. Huge financial transaction, you should take all the emotion out, but she was so friendly and great to work with, it make everything so much better.

Larina and her team were great. I put my home on the market for the second time. The first time around we put it on late and there was a hiccup in the market. Larina showed no fear in taking on the property even though it did not sell the first time. She laid out a specific plan with all of the options and explained them in detail. Then she executed our choice with perfection. Her team is very much up-to-date on the current market trends, and what people want to see in a home. Her team also has a strong digital marketing strategy. Her market analysis was also stellar. We were very impressed. After we put the house on the market, Larina continued to adapt, and make suggestions all the way through closing to make sure that the deal went through. Since we were out of town the entire time, Larina, Dani and Bree did all the legwork with a smile on their face. Larina’s team is at the top of their game and their word is golden.

This is my second experience with the McClain Group, and specifically, Larina McClain. The first was as a buyer of a property where she was representing the seller, but not me. Long story short, my realtor just dropped the ball and I ended up having to take lead on negotiations, etc. It was clear Larina upheld her duties to the seller, but did so in a way that was collaborative, and we achieved a good and fair outcome. The second experience was retaining Larina, and her assistant, Bree, as listing agents for the sale of the same home 5 years later. Each step of the process was thorough, from data gathering on the market, how best to present the home, introducing adjustments on furnishings in the home, the photos, video, the actual marketing, and finally managing potential buyer dynamics. Larina and Bree are real pros, and my wife and I would highly recommend them as your realtor. They went above and beyond, even with the seemingly small trivial items, as we were in AZ a good portion of the listing interval. Five stars - no question!
