I recently used B to B Moving Company for my relocation and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team assigned to my move - Marquel, Josh, and Clayton - exemplified everything you'd want in professional movers.From the moment they arrived, I was impressed by their punctuality and preparedness. They showed up exactly when scheduled and came ready to work with all the necessary equipment and materials. Throughout the entire process, all three movers maintained a professional demeanor while being genuinely pleasant and kind to work with.What stood out most was their careful handling of my belongings and their efficient approach to the job. Marquel, Josh, and Clayton worked as a cohesive team, communicating well with each other and keeping me informed every step of the way. They treated my furniture and personal items with the same care I would expect for their own possessions.The combination of their technical skill, positive attitude, and respectful approach made what could have been a stressful day much more manageable. Want to start by saying the movers were extremely helpful, kind, and respectful the whole time. They moved everything out efficiently, took apart beds and the couches. Then put everything into the correct room and put everything back together when moving things in. That’s why I’m giving some stars.However, my vanity broke during the move. It wasn’t anyone’s fault it just fell and broke in the truck while they were driving (at least that’s what they told me). For accidents like this, that’s why I purchased full coverage through B2B’s 3rd party insurance. When I called to file a claim they said they would send the claim package via email. Few days go by and nothing. So I called and couldn’t get ahold of the lady named Terry from the insurance company. Had to call B2B and they gave me an email so I emailed them about the claim package and finally got it. Filled it out right away and sent it back. I finally get a call back the next week saying it was emailed and if I got it… but I had already sent it back. Apparently it was the wrong format so had to resend. Two weeks go by and I don’t hear anything so I called and that’s when I was told it can take 90-120 days for them to process a claim…. I was in shock. I thought maybe 30-60 days at most. They also were very dismissive towards me when asking for an update on the situation. After waiting almost 90 days I get an email that says it was denied basically saying “wood can break easily” I don’t know what I paid full coverage for if it didn’t even cover the wood pieces of my vanity that broke off…instead they issued $100 as a “courtesy” when I paid $275 for B2B full coverage insurance.So thought others should know, I wouldn’t waste money on their insurance coverage and hope nothing breaks or just go with a different moving company and don’t waste your time/money at all. I will not be using them in the future. Less
