Have never done CrossFit before, however I feel like I’ve been here forever! Everyone is so encouraging, friendly and I’ve never felt more comfortable in a gym setting before. I look forward to the time to come!

One of the mantras this gym frequently recites is “no one finishes alone.” There is a welcoming atmosphere that helped me feel confident in pushing myself to complete tough workouts and prove to myself that I am stronger than I may think, especially trying to get back in shape after having 2 babies. This place and these people are unparalleled!!

The coaches and community here are great! I was very intimidated to join because I am very out of shape and don't know much about working out, but the coaches help me modify the things I need to and educate me consistently so I see results and don't get hurt! Best decision I have made for myself in awhile!

Everyone is very welcoming at crossfit 330. In the beginners class you really learn how to do every single movement correctly. This is my third week and I am loving it so far.

But if you need modifications, the coaches show you those before the workout gets started, so it can always be personalized to your needs. Highly recommend!

I told my daughter “old people can’t do CrossFit”. She told me it was for everyone from 8 to 80 and since I was within that range I could do it. That was 8 years ago. I’m still here at CrossFit 330 and loving it. Coaches are helpful and always willing to advise. Atmosphere is welcoming. Making new friends along the way is a given. I came here with no prior CrossFit experience, but the coaches were very kind and walked me through how to do the movements properly. I now feel right at home and everyone is always kind and they encourage me to challenge myself with every workout. Overall, it’s a great place to exercise, even if you’re a beginner like me.

CrossFit 330 has an amazing facility that is versatile enough to allow us to do just about anything. CrossFit 330's biggest asset is Dustin as head coach and programmer. I've seen amazing gains thanks to his coaching! In addition the atmosphere of camaraderie and mutual encouragement created by Michelle makes it a place I look forward to visiting everyday!

CrossFit 330 in Wadsworth is one of my favorite places to be. There are so many options with group fitness, personal training and kid's programs. Awesome workouts with strength training, cardio and yoga. The community is so supportive that even when I think I can't do something I am able to get it done. There is something for everyone here! Certified, top notch coaching and programming.
