Such a wonderful gym and crossfit community. Very clean, coaches were helpful and workouts were great. Will be dropping in again soon. As a traveler, this place is a great stop if you're in town. Michelle was great with communicating and answering any questions I had as well. Thanks :)

I won an 8 week DEKA book camp in a raffle. I so enjoyed the experience that I immediately signed up for a year! This place is amazing! All the coaches are so very helpful. I had no previous experience but they want all to succeed. They meet you at your level. The workouts can be modified so you don’t feel bad if you can’t do an exercise. Not to mention the warmth and acceptance among the members. Very early on I was invited to go to out for breakfast. Lastly, the variety of workouts is what keeps me coming back. Always fresh and challenging!

CrossFit 330 pushes me every time I walk in the door. The workouts are challenging and can be scaled to any activity level. I've been at CrossFit 330 for 7 years and the members have become some of my closest friends. Moving my body is important and I always leave 330 feeling strong and motivated. 💪🏼

They genuinely care about each members progress and successes and frequently motivate with incentives and fun community activities. Since the day I met the staff at CrossFit 330 I have felt nothing but welcome and motivated. Michelle has been fantastic in pushing me to work hard and get stronger while being careful and attentive to old injuries and weak points. I have had a fantastic experience so far and appreciate all I have gained and will gain in the future!
