Here at Ashford Hollow South, Houston, found Alejandro via Google from Urban Elements...came to place, measured all windows and provided me with 3 x different quotes & manufactures...explained in detail pros & cons from each! After I chose the quote it felt like no time for him to get them built & installed! I totally recommend his professionalism and QUALITY!!!!

There are not enough words to sum up what a great experience I had with Urban Elements. Alejandro is very knowledgeable, professional, honest and informative. I called with a drain problem on Wednesday night, he came out immediately Thursday morning and did an AMAZING JOB!! He does Exceptional work at a reasonable price! I couldn't be happier. Alejandro and his team did an amazing job freshening up my overgrown yard after purchasing the home. Oak trees were beautifully trimmed, yard cleaned out, three trees removed and new mulch in all the beds. The team was professional, on time, very respectful and caring. I couldn’t be happier.

I bought my dream home in a gated community a month ago. While the home was beautiful, the frontward, backyard, drainage, gutters and landscaping needed a major overhaul and I mean major. When it rained my backyard turned into a lake! I had called several landscaping companies who wanted me to wait! I didn’t want to wait and I found and called Alexandro who owns Urban Elements to see if he could help. He was out the next day! I was having a hard time explaining what I envisioned. He let me talk and then he took over. He has crews that specialized in landscaping, crews that specialized in drains, another crew whose specialty was gutters. He had it all! We agreed on a price and A timeframe and the order in which it job needed to be done. His crew showed up the next day, on time! The crew had company shirts on, there was a foreman that was onsite. They had all the equipment, wood chipper, chain saws, you name he had and every piece of equipment was top notch! Everyman had a job and knew his role and they went to work!! This part of the overhaul was going to be a two day job and his crew showed up the next day and hand carried dirt, mulch, bushes, beautiful bushes, they trimmed the ones that had been sorely neglected, in both front and back yard. It was like a canvas for them. My trees in the front and back had never been trimmed and he raised them up, cleared out the old branches and shaped them. he planted new shrubs, mulched and laid beautiful rock around all the beds to make them stand out! He did the same in the back, new shrubs, mulch and he picked out different kinds of rock to lay. This was going to stand out from all the others!! My back yard had serious drainage issues... remember the lake I spoke about? Alexandro came back inspected the work and and told me what needed to be done next and his crew came out and they installed drains in my yard to move water! We all know how it floods in Houston and he made sure I would never have to worry about it! He suggested that we tie all the downspouts From the gutters into into the drains! Great idea! Then it was gutter time. The existing ones were useless, didn’t drain, leaning, you name it they were awful. He had a crew for and they went to work and added additional gutters To catch water running off the house and redirected it into the drains. They matched perfectly!! Next it was time to sod the yard. Instant grass!!! This is a company that puts the customer first, answers the phones, comes out to job sites to see what’s going on. This is a hands on company. They are all out in the field checking job sites and making sure that the work is being done. If I had a question, all I had to do was ask. There was no leaving messages, freaking out about what was being done. None of that. I had some idea of what I wanted but Urban Elements turned it into reality!!! They even picked out the shrubs that would be beautiful, colorful and thrive!! My background is in operations and this company has one of the best operations I’ve seen. They were reasonably priced, knowledgeable, friendly, showed up on time, careful. Their main goal is to make sure the work is done right, professional, and their customer is happy. Thank you Alexandro! If I could give you more than 5 stars I would! You are a standup guy with a standup company and I’m glad to have found you and even sent someone out to power wash my house, sidewalk and patios! This work was a turn key job and done in less than 30 days. Way to go you guys! Now all I have to do is enjoy it’s beauty! Less

She was beyond patient with us and came up with such great ideas for us that we never would've come up with (and hadn't after two years of living here).
