Tao Fitness has been my gym family for several years now and I cannot imagine my life without it. It is the perfect way to start my day. Coach Steven challenges me everyday, but does not give me more than I can handle. He encourages the whole way and meets you at your own fitness level. Absolutely fantastic experience. I could only do a few lessons before moving, but the Jumpstart was great and sorely needed. Steven was great 1 on 1 and his sports background really helped in dealing with an old ankle injury.

It is a great place to train, not only because of different and creative workout routines but also because it is a community...it dont matter what time you go is the same collaboration and supportive environment. The coach is great, he pushes you to limits you don't even imagine, he takes care of his people and makes sure you are getting everything you need.

To be honest...walked in and was completely intimidated day one. By day three the friendliness of the members and the attention of the coaches, made me look forward to going back even after my muscles told me enough! Highly recommend for people looking for a mental and physical push. No such thing as perfection...only progress.
