The promotion seemed too good to be true. But i signed up and they reached out almost immediately. I got in 2 days later. Got x-ray results the next day as well as my first adjustment. They explained everything to me regarding my insurance , so there were no surprises. They assigned a chiropractic intern to me (Taylor) that day, and she was amazing. I am usually nervous about the neck cracking, but she was able to get me adjusted quickly (with no anxiety from me). She was very in-tune with the needs of my body and very confident in her work. The whole office is very clean, organized and professional. As soon as you walk in, they have this circular desk where helpful staff members greet you and offer you complimentary beverages in their waiting area. They even have a super convenient check-in process set up, where you can scan your card, and answer a couple brief questions on an Ipad. Then, when you sit to wait for your appointment, you never sit there more than a couple minutes. Everyone is so helpful and friendly and when the adjustment is done,’you have the option to just walk out, rather than wait at the desk to pay. Their super convenient system will auto charge your card once you leave (if you choose to set that up). Not only that, but when one appointment is over, you don’t want to stress about waiting up front or even calling to set up your next appointment. So they have this app for your phone, that is super simple. It allows you to pick your next appointment and the provider you want to see. I work retail and don’t always know what my next week’s work schedule will look like. So stressing about arranging an appointment around work isn’t even a thing, as you can use the app to even get “next day” appointments (if that is what works for you). I know this is long and probably sounds silly because of how much I elaborated on all the positives, but I assure you, I normally dread appointments for anything medical. Offices of any kind are not my cup of tea and seeing as how I’m anti-social, anything that involves sitting in a waiting room full of people, then laying on a table to get poked by someone is something i would normally avoid. But the Facebook promotion pulled me in and the professional, friendly environment keeps me coming back. So, even if they aren’t doing any promotions for “first-timers” right now, I can safely say that their regular prices are surprisingly awesome, and on top of that, they work with insurances. I was skeptical of seeing a chiropractor, but then I remembered hearing about back to health when I worked for a doctors office. I am so glad I decided to take the leap and go they have helped me and our kids with sinuses, back, neck, shoulder, knee and elbow pain! Just started going here and I can tell you that my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. The people who work here are so pleasant and nice. Very affordable as well 🙂 Dr. Dorian is AMAZING 🙂 I can't wait to see what my pain free future holds!!!

After having babies, they have made my body feel better! They are now a must for me along with trigger point massages.

The staff here is a wonderful! They are efficient and kind at all times. The doctors have performed miracles on my spine by evening my hips out and adjusting my upper back. I accredit Back to Health with successfully ridding me of migraines for several years now.

Always friendly, typically in and out of the office in less than 15 minutes. I get my neck and back rearranged and feeling good.

The final motivation that caused me to step way from BTH came when I received after hours call to ask why I hadn't paid for an added-servce item that had taken place ealier that day. To begin with, no one had mentioned anything about the extra charges during my regulsr visit, and I found the call to have been both un-necessary and very insulting. I have a personal credit rating of over 800, and I'm certainly not used to inquiries thst ask "why I hsdn't paid". I visited thr next dsy to cancel my remsining appointments and to settle my accounts....including the charges that had prompted the collection call that I''d received during thr previous evening. Many clients seem highly satisfied with BTH's services, and I get that, but my own overall experience fell well short of my expectations. Less

An incredible business! I highly recommend. I have been to 5 other chiropractic offices in the area and can say these guys are the best. Great first appointment, very patient and kind!

2 days before our wedding, my husband threw his back out so badly that he could not walk! We called everywhere and Back To Health got him in that very day and fixed him right up so he was able to stand at our wedding. They continued treating him and I recently started going as well. Everyone who works there is super friendly and easy going! We are so thankful for them!
