All of the previous amazing reviews are from before the ownership changed several months ago. Since then many of the regulars who have attended for years have left for other gyms. The current owner does not believe in science and has done nothing to protect public health by masking and has done nothing to address members safety concerns. Along with having many racist views, the current owner, Mary does not know how to nurture a welcoming gym that share the values of the St. Paul community.

Awesome gym! We dropped in from BFIT CrossFit (St. Joseph, Mo) and the gang here was so awesome. They made us feel right at home, burpees and all. 😝

No matter your age or fitness level this CrossFit gym makes you feel welcomed and helps tailor each individual workout to your ability. There are world class athletes here, middle aged moms (me) and everything in between. I’ve been to a half dozen Criss Fit gyms around the country and this is the best!
