Yes the neck and back are problems but they're kept as problems by other things. Initially I was afraid of the normal lifelong commitment I have heard of, and although he could have opted to sell me on this, he didn't. There is absolutely no part of me which feels Dr. Irwin wants nothing but the best for my health and body. He is constantly offering direction and advice for various small things I can do day to day to get ahead of problems before they arise, and IF I heed his advice they do make a huge difference. Ultimately he's proven beneficial to me. I drag my whole family down in hopes of staying ahead of the unforeseen. If anyone is still reading I might as well go on. The massage therapists are great. Didn't show me my stretches on my first visit although I'm sure I got charged for it. He had me hold stretches for 30 min. Which when I went to a good Chiropractor they said that's excessive even for body builders. The massage therapist did not have the experience or technique to get to the muscles that were needed. I needed pec work done and wanted to stop her and train her how to properly address those muscles. If you need a real chiropractor and massage therapist is recommend Dr. Hand. I was in an auto accident and to cover their behinds they wrote my symptoms were relieved but that I slept wrong and work was causing my back pain. What a joke. Their "physical therapist" suggested this $50 pillow to relieve the neck pain that the doctor was making worse. Please save your money and see another doctor. Don't get screwed over like I did. However, you can receive discounts when you look in the right places. Groupon offers a tremendous deal for the office and this was how I originally found them. It was a message package for my fiancé and he, in turn, was presented with a free referral program for me. I received a detailed account into many issues I have, most of which medical doctors do not recognize and have not treated correctly for over 15 years. They took X-rays, did a full assessment, and an adjustment, at no cost to me except my time!! This was the first office that could properly diagnose the issues and assist with the treatment. I did not feel pressured into anything and they did all they could to assist, offering many different payment plans so you aren't stuck with a huge bill you may not be able to cover in one sitting. Even if you pay upfront then decide not to go forward with certain aspects of the treatment plan, they will redirect the funds to other areas, minimizing any additional out of pocket expense. The staff is wonderful and while mistakes are made, they are human! We all make mistakes! The doctors properly explain everything, remember their patients and their personal ailments, and above all, CARE about your results. (The law requires a health care provider....to supply a patient, upon request, complete and current information the provider has about the patient's diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis.... (CGS § 20-7c(b). But when she arrived they would ignore her and wait on others who came in later, and then was told the records weren't "ready". Returning days later, still not ready. ​Returned a​gain, and told they'd be mailed. However had to call back to remind them to mail them. ​Staff "showed her" who was boss didn't they! She's just a 105 lb teenager coming from out of state to attend FRCC and they made her feel like a criminal. She was in tears and for what! ​Furthermore, I was made to sign a letter stating that I wouldn't report their office to DORA in order to get them to agree to cancel her 3 yr payment plan. Real professional, doctor. (They've obviously had other complaints to DORA and couldn't afford one more). And then when the bill was adjusted, guess what. One doctor's visit was charged which was supposed to be part of promotion she came in on (and paid cash for), and one physical therapy device she never received was billed.​ They just couldn't accept not pocketing that $2,300 I guess. Also there was the LIE about the MD being partner in their business. The staff actually told me (face to face) that the MD came down from Nebraska once a month to direct patient care. I called her (Dr Tamara Johnson) and she said that she cut ties with "those folks" over a year before...Yet they still kept up their false advertising and illegal use of an MD's title to promote their business. Advanced Healthcare has literally been my life saver after suffering a bad horse accident and breaking my neck, three very major surgeries, I honestly do not know where I would be without Dr. Irwin and his staff. My pain runs so high and Dr. Irwin is the only one that can get me any kind of relief. His practice is always very professional and you always hear them laughing and makes you feel like you are at home. For me when my pain is as high as it is, it's always comforting to me to come to a place where the employees and the Doctors are always laughing and just enjoying helping their patients. My insurance does not cover me getting tretment here but I will do whatever it takes to be here because it's the best care I have received and continue to recieve. At any given moment if I am in a bad place pain wise is all I have to do is call them and they fit me in. Dr. Irwin is an amazing doctor that goes above and beyond his call to help me and has figured things out in my case that specialist haven't even been able to figure out. I have sent over 25 people to them and they are all doing great. I can't say enough great things about this place other than if you are struggling with any issues in your body they are worth coming to and consulting with. Many times when you think it's issues that are non-bone related that a chiroprator can't help. I am here to say that is the wrong way of thinking because when we are out of alignment it effects nerves that effect just about every area of our body. I came to advanced health in hopes of making my back and neck better, I just couldn't live in pain anymore. After my x-rays and during my consultation Doc said he could really help my headache. I didn't tell him I had a headache issue so I was impressed that he could tell all my pains from my x-rays. Well, long story short my back is almost perfect, as is my neck. I saw the advertisement on Facebook about non-invasive spinal decompression. I have advanced deterioration in my lumbar and cervical spine. First, the staff is extremely friendly and competent. The office manager, Jada, does an excellent job of explaining options and coverage. The chiropractor(s) do an excellent exam including basic x-rays to show you your problem. I came from Houston and never had an x-ray at a chiropractor's office. The physical therapists are excellent and the non-invasive decompression is working very well - just what I had hoped for. I went for the package deal - I was very skeptical but I am sold on the concept and clearly understand how treatment for my condition should be approached.. The doctor did an excellent job explaining my condition and the various options I could choose. I will be honest, I initially rolled my eyes at the video, but it was actually very helpful. So I chose the entire package. I have 35 years of healthcare experience so I know enough either to make me dangerous :-) and a challenging patient, I understanding billing and marketing, and know what is a promise of a pie in the sky as a patient. I have been going for three weeks and feel substantially better already. Less

Hands down best chiropractor I have ever been to. Dr Irwin has a true understanding of how the spine works. And I like how they explain what they are doing. The massage therapist are great as well and everyone is very friendly. It's one stop shop. If you have back issues this is the place you need to be.

Great treatment and education for whole body and long-term back, joint and spine health. Wonderful and helpful staff.

I received a deep tissue massage from Melanie. I am a runner and she focused on my legs and tight muscles in my hips. The results lasted for days! I am going back next week.

The entire staff at Advanced Healthcare is extremely knowledgeable and caring. I have used there services off and on for a few years with amazing results.
