The process was easy no need to send paperwork instead you just upload it in there awesome software. Every milestone there’s a video which explains what to do next. Brad's service is second to none. I've been involved with 2 home purchases, and my only regret is that our first purchase wasn't with Brad. Our first purchase my wife and I were left in the dark through the process which added to the stress of buying a property. Our second property we used Brad and it was a completely different experience. If my wife or I had any doubts or questions he gave us as much time and information as we needed.
