I am a Vietnam Vet and I have hearing aids from the VA in Nashville. I got a new phone. Could not get them to pair with my phone. Called Kabel and Jackson told me to come in at 3pm. I got there and ask what the charge would be. He said no charge. Thanks for your service. It took him no time to fix my problem. He was kind. Patient and helped show me over and over how to find the app for my hearing aids. He also put the Kabel contact info in my phone if I have any more trouble to please call him. What an incredible young man. Kabel is Lucky to have such a professional and caring employee and I am so Thankful and GREATFUL for the help

I visited Kabel Hearing as they carry ResoundOne hearing aids which I own and advertise that they provide service and repair. Jackson was very helpful organizing having my devices mailed to the manufacturer for repair. Jackson also did an excellent job explaining the findings of the hearing test I underwent during that visit and graciously offered me the use of back up hearing aides while mine are being serviced by the manufacturer. I would recommend working with Jackson regarding your hearing needs as he is well informed, very willing to answer questions, friendly and kind. Kabel is fortunate to have him represent the practice.

My old eyes can longer read small font. Kabel cleaned and replaced wax filter. An extra, I was shown how to check phone sync. .
