Jose was awesome! He answered my call quickly and even gave me his cell phone number so I can text him as opposed to calling because I’m at work. A few shingles fell off my house and I desperately wanted someone to place new ones soon since it’s been so rainy. He was at my house in an hour and a half to assess and finished the work on my roof in about an hour after he gave me the original quote. Outside of the expected taxes and processing fee, he charged me exactly what he quoted which I believe was a fair price. He was not pushy about payment as I told him I wouldn’t be able to pay right away because I’m at work right now. I greatly appreciate his knowledge, expertise, professionalism and friendly demeanor.
