I’ve been joining this fitness program for about 15 months now, and I can really feel my body becoming stronger and more energetic. My body shape has also improved a lot — I feel great!I also brought my mom to join personal training since July. She’s 71 years old and has been living with rheumatoid arthritis for more than 30 years. After starting gym sessions, she feels more energetic and experiences less pain. Of course, exercise helps to build muscle, and she hopes that her hunchback can gradually improve.Many elderly people worry about going to the gym because they’re afraid of the machines — my mom felt the same at first. But with some encouragement and after watching a few videos of seniors working out, she decided to give it a try. There’s really nothing to worry about! In the beginning, the coach carefully assessed her condition and designed a suitable training plan.She’s getting stronger and more confident now.
