This was absolutely the best experience!!! I learned so much about nutrition and making my eating healthier. I have never felt more amazing. Having an amazing coach to help keep me accountable throughout the entire time was one of the best things ever. Any questions or concerns I had my coach was right there with answers to help me along the way.

The whole team at Ironclad Crossfit is amazing. A perfect combination of excellent nutritional guidance and support together with great training. Great way to structure a new healthy eating plan in manageable chunks. Step by step, it's fairly easy to tweak your diet into a complete overhaul in just 1 month.

My husband and I dropped into Ironclad while we were on vacation, and we had such a great experience! The members were kind and welcoming, the gym was clean with a beautiful lobby, and the equipment was well maintained. Our coach was energetic and kept the class moving. We also enjoyed the Mayhem programming. We would definitely come again!

The best gym I have ever dropped into! Coaches were amazing and very friendly. Gym was clean and well taken care of. Equipment was in excellent shape! We were lucky enough to be there for a holiday and got to meet alot of the members. Every single person there was friendly and made us feel right at home! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Had an awesome week dropping in at ironclad while on vacation! Danielle and the whole community was super welcoming and the classes were well coached and the space is in great condition. I would highly recommend dropping in if you happen to be visiting the Easton in St. Michaels area.

Five star gym. I stopped in twice while travelling. Gym is spacious, clean, and friendly, with all the equipment in good repair. Coaches were supportive, experienced, and helped me modify/scale. Classes were diverse and friendly - from folks just starting out to 3-4 each time that were clearly hard core. Music was loud and motivating. I will be back the next time I am in St Michaels !

This isn’t a gym, it’s a community. I love the diversity of the workouts and have grown exponentially. If you want motivation and support there isn’t a better place. If you are like me and really nervous about getting into crossfit....just relax and sign up right now! This community, and that is what the friends at Iron Clad are, is so supportive and welcoming. Sure it's kinda hard sometimes but they make it feel possible and fun...and you will want to just keep going. Do yourself a huge favor and go talk to Daniele at Iron Clad.

Joining Ironclad has been the BEST decision I’ve made! Recently moved to the area and thankfully found Ironclad. They’ve welcomed me with open arms and has helped push me to reach my goals! With Danielle's coaching and knowledge, I was able to continue to workout while rehabbing my injury. Although our class settings are group training, Danielle always takes time to give that one on one training as needed. She teaches proper form and pushes us to be the best version of ourselves. I love this gym. Danielle is incredibly knowledgeable and energetic. The members work hard and encourage each other. What a great community!! It doesn’t get any better in my humble opinion!!

Great workouts that you can do at your own fitness level every time you come into the gym. There is a great sense of community among the members that enjoy working out together and pushing each other to do their best.

I have done Crossfit workouts for almost 4 years and I have learned so much in only 6 months at Ironclad. I love that all workouts can be scaled to your ability. Coaches are knowledgeable and have helped me to to be the best I can be. Very encouraging and always challenging! I have found my "happy place".
