Bought a new washer and dryer at a great price. The dryer would not run from the beginning and displayed an error code. They quickly dispatched a professional and friendly tech to assess. The error code persisted and they replaced the unit. Employees were responsive and communicative throughout the process. Could not be more happy with my purchase from Thrive. We were able to get the dishwasher we wanted for $400 less than it would have been brand new. Also, we did have a little problem with it in the first couple weeks and Thrive sent a repair man’s out and fixed the issue immediately.
