I told him one person could not do it alone and that is why I was calling them. The next day they said that they would be there around 2:00 to 3:00 so I assumed they were sending multiple people. When the person came it was one woman! I asked her where the other people were and she said as far as she knew it was only her. I was livid! I called the company and the person started telling me that he said that it was only for 1 hour and that only one person was coming. He then said "I emailed this to you!" So I am staying at a hotel because the place was so nasty. Dealing with contracters all day long I was exhausted and did not check my personal emails. I immediatley told him that he did not tell me that and that I made sure to stress that this was a more than one person job. I was so angy and I kept my cool and did not tell him exactly how I felt about him. The woman "cleaned" the bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. All the walls needed dusting off but that did not happen. I then asked her to clean the empty refrigerator inside because the door has been left open while it was moved to install the flooring and it was full of dust. She used the same rag to "clean" the refrigerator that she used to clean the rest of the kitchen. When she left I found that she had not cleaned the 3 bathubs in the unit. I called them about that as well and they did not apologize so I asked for at least a $25 credit. The cost was $62 or $64 per hour and she was there for less than 3 hours. When I got my bill they charged me $223 and it should have been $192, and they should have credited me $25 that they agreed to do! Do not use this c ompany! Less

I personally don’t even want to put one star, this was a -5 star job at best, this is the first time we used this service, and will be the last. My boyfriend paid for our front and back yards to be cut, weeded, and just some basic yard maintenance. After we looked at the yard when we arrived home, the front yard was cut, but barely, it wasn’t not weeded at all, our yards still running ramped with weed we paid to be removed, nothing was trimmed either, and the backyard wasn’t touched nor tended to in any sort. It was almost $100, and we received half the job. Yet we’re still expected to pay the remaining balance on a job that was only half done. If they had any issues they could of simply called me or my boyfriend to clarify,and let us know that they would not complete the job, but we weren’t called and told anything was a problem or issue. So be very weary of booking their lawn care, it’s a RIP OFF! AN EDIT since you can’t reply to comments: If you couldn’t tell I’m very upset with the fact you couldn’t notify us of the fact you wouldn’t get to the back yard, and that we had to come home and see the front yard in mediocre condition, we could of paid a neightbor kid $20 and got the same exact results you’d given, and the backyard untouched. But It does not change the fact that we did not get what we paid for. It does not change the poor communication throught out the entire process, and I had to call to straighten it out because you kept ignoring his calls and sending him to voicemail also? Now if you would of simply notified us of any inconveniences that were had in the process we would of been MORE than understanding and we definitely could of talked about the situation. But you just told me about that rock through a google review comment instead of telling us any of that information directly? You did have both of our phone numbers on file. With rescheduling, they are not giving me any set time frame, just vague mentions of just the possibility of them getting someone else maybe today, maybe later today, maybe tomorrow. They can’t give me any official documentation that states this reschedule was not of my choice or that the date is changing. There is no communication between paying for the service and the service date. For the amount of money I paid for what I needed done, this has beyond ruined my weekend and has left me in a bad bind. I’m glad they’ve been better with others, and I will leave a separate review for the cleaning, if and when I get it completed, but I personally do not see myself ever using this company again after this experience due to their lack of promptness and communication. After a very frustrating conversation and trying to communicate our concerns we were unable to reach a solution and the end result is that “it’s an hourly service” but no laundry folding should ever take 2 hours and what’s to stop them from taking all 5 hours folding laundry and saying, “Well! I hired this company to mow, edge, weed eat, trim the bushes, and trim the palm trees (I even sent them a picture of the yard circling what needed to be done) I also asked them to send pictures once the job is done. They gave me a quote which I paid as they said they can do all of that. A couple of days went by after the job was 'done'. They didn't send pictures. I reached out to ask them to send the finished job. They sent me just the grass being mowed. Nothing else was done. I called them again to ask why didn't they do anything we agreed upon and what I paid for. They said they tried... They did not try, I can ensure you all. They said they will go back out to finish the job. Days went by, no call, no email, nothing. I followed up again. They told me the guy tried to pull the dead palm tree leaves off but couldn't. You CAN'T pull them off, they need to be snipped. After a 4th call following up, I asked to talk to a manager. They kept telling me the manager is too busy to talk to me. After being persistent on the phone with Brian, turned out HE is a manager. So not only did they do an awful job they lied as well because they didn't want to face an upset customer. I asked for a solution and they wanted to give me a terrible refund that didn't reflect what I paid for. I told them, I'll be more than happy to pay for them mowing the grass but I want a refund for everything else they DIDN'T DO. That didn't happen. He told me it is what it is. When I finally moved in, my neighbor came over to tell me he had to mow the yard again because they did such a terrible job. I have found similar reviews like mine on Yelp and HomeAdvisor. I cannot speak about their other services, but they certainly shouldn't offer lawn care as a service. Be wary of this company. Had a very bad experience with My Home Wizard. I sent messages repeatedly asking them to stop my grass cutting services IMMEDIATELY. I called and left a voicemail. Repeatedly asked for confirmation. Yesterday, they went out to my property without my knowledge or authorization, proceeded to cut my grass, after being informed I no longer wanted these services, and charged me $50. Had to contact my bank and report it as an unauthorized charge, to which my debit card was cancelled. However, the charge still went through before it was cancelled. Had to contact multiple numbers and email addresses to get a response and demanded my money back and immediate cancellation of services. I was then informed they discontinued my services until spring . I told them to PERMANENTLY cancel my services. Finally received a refund and permanent cancellation of services after being put through a complete ringer and taking up my entire day to do so. Less

Tammy is amazing and does a very good job cleaning our home. The only complaint I have is the remittance of payment is not done in a timely manner. I got a bill for higher than agreed amount but turns out they didn't complete payment for the first service.

I needed a new set of wood stairs into my home. The estimate was almost exactly the same as the final cost +- only a few dollars. The gentleman was professional, skilled friendly and respectful. He did a fantastic job. Will definitely use them again for more remodeling/repair jobs in my home.

Had them instal metal roof, excellent communication, they were a little ill-informed about current Escambia county requirements on reroof, they are from Alabama,but they worked with me, their roofer is very knowledgeable and as a one man job was very impressed. They worked with in my budget, and provided a quality roof with locally sourced metal (baker metals) I like supporting local businesses.
