Could not recommend Dr. Ali more. I had seen loads of his videos on YT, and having had issues with my lower back (disk protrusion & annular fissure) for 5+ years I had been wanting to schedule an appt with him as soon as I could get myself to Dallas.Dr. Ali spends a good amount of time with you, understanding your specific needs and explaining in depth what the adjustment will do for you specifically. As far as the ring dinger bit goes, there are no words to describe what that is like - It's a significant adjustment with immediate relief even to the areas you were not aware were hurting, and you can maintain this adjustment for several months (or even longer) depending on your diligence in your stretches, exercise, etc. You can tell Dr. Ali really knows and loves what he does, and he's freakishly good at it too.

I have done a considerable amount of chiropractic research to find a relief solution. I was lucky to run across Chiro of Dallas YouTube page & through watching the Chiro vids i knew it would be a answer to my low back issues. It was the best decision I made to make the trip to Dallas. I waited for 3 months to leave this review. I have been dealing with lower back pain for over 10 years. I wanted my review to be truthful and accurate. I've been dealing with lower back issues for years until the doctor start giving me injections. The injections helped treat the pain, so I could have somewhat a normal life. The injections would wear off every 6 months or so. I've had injections at least 6 different times. A friend sent me an Instagram reel of this Dr. doing what is called the ring dinger. I watched the videos and search the entire internet for good and bad reviews. After about 6 months I decided to try the ring dinger. The soonest appointment i could get was 2 months out. By the time the 2 months past it was time for me to get another injection but I wanted to give the ring dinger a try first. My pain was only about a 3 when I arrived at Dr Elahi's office. After I had the procedure done it went up to a 5 instantly. He pulled me twice to see it he could get my back to loosen up, but it didn't loosen up. I left with more pain than when I arrived. He instructed me to go home and ice my back and come back for a second appointment 2 months later then a 3rd appointment 2 months after that. Although I left in more pain, I still believed in the process. After a few days to about a week later, the pain subsided back to about a level 3. By 2 months later I was ready for my next appointment. This time my pain was down to a 1 or so. ( without getting injections my pain has went down) after just 1 treatment. At my second appointment he pulled me twice again. This time, I felt my back loosen up a little. When i got off the table I had no pain. He gave me the same instructions as before. To immediately ice my back when I get home. After a few days I didn't have much pain but my back felt weak. Not painful but as if my back muscles needed strengthen. Well it's 1 month after and I feel great. Not like I did 20 years ago, but if my back remains like this I will never need injections again. I suggest to do your own research but, I'm glad I had the ring dinger done.

My hip was crooked causing one leg to be shorter than the other. I had major lower back pain. I cannot recommend the ring dinger enough. It was most definitely worth it. 5 stars is not enough............Update a few weeks later....Feeling great. Working is so much better. Hardly any pain at all in my back or hip Back feels 95% better, my hip feels 99% better. This must be what winning the lottery feels like. I cannot recommend this enough. You can read all the comments you want but it's just that much longer that you're missing out!!!!

Outstanding practice, especially with people who have been suffering with lower back disc herniations And horrible debilitating back pain. This is definitely an experience and a step towards healing you must take.It’s not Traditional Chiropractic. It is an intense decompression for lower back that you will need to remove pressure off of large herniated discs and stenosis of the spine.This is exactly the doctor here consults And educates you.I have been suffering with lower back pain on and off for 14 years, I have had a surgery a year and a half ago and still my back went out.When I was Here at the clinic recently, I had come in after A Debilitating bout of lower back pain and upon the end of the decompressive pull treatment ,,, I had no pain.Upon having some soreness and mild symptoms and tenderness when I got home, it was much easier sitting and then standing, Much easier laying down and getting up. This is not a cure, but dammit most relief I’ve had in a long time.I will return, and highly recommend this clinic.
