The home we rented was beyond our expectations. It was spotless clean and every aspect was in perfect working order -pool, hot tub, slide, TVs, etc! Also, Melissa was great to work with as she maintained a high level of communication from initial booking to our departure. Will be renting from Premier AZ again!

Private oasis in the desert. This was a spectacular home. We have travelled to Scottsdale for a yearly golf trip and this was the nicest home we have stayed at by a long shot. Gated and secluded home with amazing views. Very well appointed . All accommodations were top notch. The pool, hot tub, putting green, golf simulator were all added bonuses to an already spectacular home. Would highly recommend!

Our team stayed at Hozho Ranch at Alameda for a corporate leadership retreat, and the experience was absolutely perfect. The communication and support from the property management team were exceptional from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful during the planning process, patiently answering my many calls and emails with quick and thoughtful responses.The property itself is beautifully set up for a retreat like ours, and every detail exceeded our expectations. The hibachi experience was a huge highlight, the bartending services went above and beyond. The team even helped coordinate transportation to the airport through their luxury transportation services, which made the entire experience seamless.We were truly impressed and had the best time. I cannot recommend this place highly enough and would absolutely suggest it to anyone planning a corporate event or retreat.

Amazingly beautiful estate. Extremely clean. Premier AZ Destination made our executive offsite very easy. The welcome package with a tailored charcuterie board was amazing. Offering to be there for our grocery delivery and stocking every thing within the fridge was super helpful. Anytime I needed anything or had a question the response time was timely. Would use them again in a heartbeat!

We stayed at the Residence on Paradise Palms and I cannot recommend this location more! We were traveling with a group and all wanted to stay under one roof, so this was a no brainer. The amenities, location and home were all top notch. We had Gabrielle come do Hibachi at our house and the food and presentation were BEYOND great. The entire team was very responsive. We will be back!

This stunning 10-bedroom home was the perfect setting for my birthday celebration. It effortlessly accommodated my large group of ladies with plenty of space and exceptional comfort throughout. The heated pool added a true resort-style touch being that it’s winter, and the beds were beautifull plus comfortable. Every detail was thoughtful and high-end. Such an incredible experience that I’ve already booked another stay later this year. I Highly highly recommended.

The property is just as pictured and very clean. The beds are very comfortable. The host was great! The complimentary snacks were a plus and it was the good brand stuff!I would recommend this property to anyone looking in the Scottsdale area. A fantastic experience ! The Hozho has it all. Our family enjoyed every amenity and the staff was readily available to take care of even the smallest detail. (On Christmas Day, they hand delivered a new coffee maker) From pickleball to the pool and spa, several eating & cooking areas, just a spectacular spot to vacation with a large group.

From the moment we arrived, it felt less like a rental property and more like a luxurious resort. We stayed at HOZHO with our out-of-town guests, family, and bridal party, and the space was perfect for accommodating everyone comfortably.The layout was ideal, allowing us to gather for meals and celebrations while also providing plenty of private areas to retreat to when needed. The **luxurious beds** were an absolute highlight—each room was beautifully designed, ensuring restful nights for all.No detail was overlooked; the amenities were top-notch, and the ambiance created a truly relaxing experience. The concierge service was readily available and responded quickly to any questions we had. The property exceeded our expectations in EVERY WAY, making it a memorable backdrop for our special occasion. We can’t recommend HOZHO enough for anyone looking for a stunning getaway!

We had the absolute best stay for our girl’s trip. The house was stunning, the pool, hot tub and all the amenities exceeded every expectation. We particularly enjoyed the cozy theatre room in our house for late night cocktails and tv! I rent vacation homes several times a year and Premier AZ Destinations takes the award as best host!! Melissa, our concierge, was super responsive, accommodated every request, and even helped us after hours on a Friday within minutes when we caused a power issue with too many blow dryers. Can’t wait to book with them again.

Amazing stay all around. I hosted a bachelor party here and the experience was perfect. The entire house is super clean and well maintained. Location is good distance from town. Amenities are incredible. I would highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a place for large groups.
