The reviews must be fake. I was a buyer for one of the houses they sell. Totally lack of communication, late to all the responses, and I was being ghosting most of the time. The most attentive moment was at the open house. That’s all. If you’re a seller, they are gonna piss your potential buyer off which would cause delay in close. If you’re buyer, be prepared that they see their lives more important than getting the deals done.

We hired Michelle and David to help us when our house had been sitting on the market for 8 months with no offers and very little interest. Michelle was super responsive, went out to the house to do an assessment, and made some relatively inexpensive suggestions for improving the appeal of the property. She worked with a stager who made the house look phenomenal. Her fees are very upfront and she laid out a very clear and aggressive marketing strategy. She was super communicative throughout the process, and after every showing or open house we would get updates from her with feedback from visitors. She was diligent about following up with the agents of clients who were expressed interest and really sold all of the great points about the house. We were living out of state at that point, and she and David did a great job taking care of the property in our absence and letting us know of anything that needed to be addressed. We felt totally comfortable that the house was in great hands. Ultimately, Michelle was able to get us multiple offers, and she helped us navigate which one to accept. We couldn't have been more pleased with Michelle and David. Our only regret is that we didn't go with them from the very beginning. I feel confident that our house would have sold a long time ago if we had. I HIGHLY recommend Samples Realty Group for anyone trying to sell their house!

Michele automated my house search. Every agent asks you what kind of house you are looking for, but Michele said she would set up automatic email alerts every time a matching house came up for sale. That way you can look at the info before they are ready for viewing.When we got an offer accepted, she was very thorough reviewing details during the closing process.

I met Michelle while she was conducting an open house at my neighbors, two years ago. Her sincerity and professionalism impressed me so I kept her card and stayed in contact with her. When we decided to sell our house a year later, I contacted Michelle to be our realtor. Michelle was hands on with us from the very beginning, helping with every detail of the sale of the house, including the staging, cleaning, repairs, inspections, as well as preparing an extensive, thorough marketing analysis. Michelle arranged for a professional photographer which included aerial drone shots of our home during the day as well as at night. Within the first week our home was listed, we had several offers. Unfortunately, we suddenly experienced a life threatening tragedy and had to make an extremely difficult decision to remove our listing. Michelle could not have been more understanding, compassionate and supportive. As hard as the decision was to make, Michelle made it easier by being there for us in every way and never once questioned our decision. A year later, we were able to put our house back on the market. As before, Michelle (and her husband David), were right there again, helping to prepare our home for the sale. Once our home was listed, Michelle kept us in constant contact with dates and times of showings and always provided us with the follow-up feedback she received.
