Last January, I had the pleasure of attending a winter retreat hosted by Human Connections / Miia K. It was a truly incredible experience that left me completely in awe. Of all the amazing activities meditation, mindfulness session, I found the dinners with gratitude and daily highlights sessions to be particularly memorable. Needless to say, this won't be my last time attending such an event. It was hypnotherapy that transformed my life. Since, I feel so much lighter than before when I was struggling with anger and childhood issues. There were times when I couldn't stand the world and didn't know why. However, after attending this mindfulness retreat, my eyes have been opened to new possibilities and growth opportunities. Maybe this summer, you'll find me in Greece (with Miss Tumba in person 🤗) practicing EFY tapping and other self-care techniques that will help me become the best version of myself. Less

I wish I could give zero stars to this business, but unfortunately I can't because the rating system only goes down to 1 star. According to my experience the service provided was terribly poor on all fronts and I would not recommend this agency even to my worst enemy. Below are all the negative aspects that I have faced during my experience with this agency: poor service quality, unfriendly welcome, lack of empathy, long emails response time, terrible rudeness (especially from the owner), delay in processing my refund (I am waiting since three weeks now to get a refund back of a ridiculous amount, but every time I ask to them about my refund they use a different excuse such as: the lady who works in the credit control dpt is on holiday at the moment, they process so many transactions daily that they forgot to process mine coincidentally, they don't remember when actually I made my payment to their account asking to send them my payment screenshot, etc...), telephone unavailability (they do not take calls, I tried several times to contact them to discuss the lack of the service offered). Their reply to my above negative review does not reflect a grain of truth, obviously... - They are terrible liars. I was never interested in their standard membership because I found it too expensive and not worthy, and surely I never applied for it, so I don't understand how a membership I never applied for could have been refused to me due to - INEXISTENT - unacceptable discrepancies? Maybe in their dreams! - I never lied about my application details as the only form they asked me to fill in was a form where details such as address, name, contact number, etc were requested. So I don't see why I should lie about such general and obvious details. - They were rude not in relation to stupid application details, but in relation to the way they were acting. - This is the first time I am writing a review about this agency and I have not idea to what kind of favors they are referring to. Maybe in their dreams again! - I didn't oblige them to give me a refund, but I kindly asked them if there was any chance to get a refund, they said YES, but unfortunately the refund never was processed. - Not to mention that the service I was interested in had a dramatic increase within a very short time. Initially it cost something like £110, after a while they said this would have been increased to £145, and in the end the cost was £199. - Regarding the allusion of me joking around with them since July: The agency shut down in summer and in February they suggested me to postpone my start due to them being too busy. I wanted to write this review a long time ago. Thanks Miia, for reminding me. It is a pleasure! I have been to the Love & Rise Winter retreat back in January 2022. I wanted to find direction for a new phase of my life. The location and accommodation looked perfect for a mix of mind-pampering, hiking and meditation activities to cultivate awareness, forgiveness and mindfulness. I felt I reconnected with my spiritual essence and I was able to overcome some anxiety about the future, Miia was an amazing host, kind, gentle and so sweet. Her hospitality is beyond excellent. The highlight was Steph (I believe she is the managing director) coming in the last 2 nights and I was smitten with her... Steph is a really gifted teacher who is authentically motivated to help others look deeper, connect with their inner self, be compassionate, look beyond our own ego and heal. Beware, she has some very strong psychic abilities!!! Both ladies are just amazing human beings you want to be friends with and constantly have them in your life. Miss them terribly! If you're struggling with depression, extreme sadness, lack of energy, or lack of hope.... I highly, highly recommend attending this retreat. I love every minute of it. And miss it terribly. Less
