But as older people are they tend to get comfortable with places. And I was finally able to convince her to go over to Change wear Optical after seeing Albert post all these positive videos on Instagram. I don’t like posting reviews until the process is complete, anything can happen during a process and you fill a review to early you can’t really go back. But this time, I can truly say not only am I happy that I can see my mom is happy. But all she did when we left was mention how excited she is. Once she received her new glasses the exact why she wanted them she is eager to go back not just because the way her glasses came out, but because the satisfaction she had with the line of service, attention, respect, and honesty she got from Kathy (Albert’s assistant). Kathy was amazing they way she treated my mom and not just my mom but the people walking in and out the store she gave that undivided attention that people deserve. Incredible! Also, Albert’s tech guy, and the Optical Doctor that FaceTime with her after seeing her results. Truly, the best service, with professional emails letting us know when the new glasses were in and when her back up glasses came in as well. Good service, the associates were a perfect mix of professional and casual. They were both informative and explained what they had to do and how they'd check my eyes, every step of the way. I was there for about an hour and a half and in that time, they checked my insurance, did an extensive check on the condition of my eyes, got me on a video call with a doctor, did a vision test, and decided on my prescription. They even helped me choose frames that suited my face, which was very kind. After a few days, they sent me a text letting me know I could pick up my glasses. This was my first pair so I'm not sure if this is standard procedure or not, but they gave me a sick leather pouch for my glasses and a little wipe cloth that the person, Frankie, folded for me. The atmosphere was also very nice. Well-lit, big mirrors, extensive selection of frames, clean floors, counters, and benches, along with a few designs up on the walls. It's a shame my eyes aren't worse because I really enjoyed coming here. Less

I had my first visit today at iwear and it was the most spectacular visit I ever had for me eyes! Everyone from the ladies working the front, to the doctor himself, medical assistant, and lab tech were nothing less than spectacular! They treated me with the utmost respect and professionalism, combined with a healthy dose of warmth and kindness that made my visit that much more enjoyable. I was informed every step of the way of my eye exam, and left with a gorgeous pair of glasses that were diligently selected between myself and Angelica. I highly reccomend this establishment for anyone who needs to check their eyes and get a pair of glasses that will not only benefit their vision, but in addition become a new fashion forward accessory! I decided to try a different optometrist as I had been going to another local eye care location and quite frankly I felt like I was being taken advantage of every time I had an exam. But from the moment I sent in a request for an appointment with Change iWear I felt like my needs and concerns were taken to heart and I felt like they really cared. Albert, who is the owner, is above and beyond the epitome Iof what it takes to run a success business in the health care industry. And I know this first hand as I also work in health care. My time spent with Dr. Rosario-Soto was beyond compare! In reality, every single person who I came into contact with there was top notch! Their prices are also hard to compete with, I was able to get 3 pairs of glasses (designer I might add!!) PLUS a pair of prescription sunglasses thrown in for close to what I paid for 1 pair at my previous optometrist! Miracle (Her name fits her spirit) was the absolute best. She took her time with helping my daughter find a pair of glasses that she loved that also fit her face well.
