I booked in for the VO2 max test. Professional & friendly service! Using my new heart rate zones, I’ve been able to improve my training while running significantly. Will be returning in 6 months for another to see how it compares.

This gym has made such difference with my confidence in training, usually I walk around doing not very much and within month quitting. But Michael sets up program to suit your individual goals and is there to support, motivate and guide you. I've grown in confidence in the gym with equipment etc and now love coming to his gym. Everyone is so friendly and its great place to achieve your goals !!

I cannot recommend PeakMyBody Fitness Suite high enough! As someone really wanting to improve my health and fitness but anxious about gyms and where to start I have benefited so much! Peakmybody is great for people who are unsure what to do at a regular gym, Mike is very knowledgeable and will put you on the right path. Since joining I’m sleeping better, feel better in my general health and have more energy.

I achieved so many goals of which I never envisaged I could do. Over the years I’ve missed PT but never found anybody who I felt comfortable to train with I’ve always had a good rapport with Mike He has known all along I’ve wanted to take up PT again Sometime in March he sat in my conservatory and persuaded me in his charming manner to take up PT again What a great decision it turned out to be I started PT with Mike at the beginning of April What a difference it has made to me both mentally and physically Mike started by teaching me how to run properly Over the weeks I have noticed how much my posture has improved I finally walk with my feet straight and not outwards The dreaded sled has certainly helped to improve my running technique as well as strengthen my legs My upper strength required improving as well My goal at sone point will be to achieve pull ups. Even if it is one or two initially It’s a great feeling when weights are gradually increased week by week Mike is an excellent instructor He gives you encouragement, support and pushes you all the way His patience is impeccable. Mainly because I have no idea what I’m doing with the equipment or if I’m using it safely… I heard about Mike through a friend, So I thought I would try. I have been training 3 times a week with Mike since the 12th of July. I had a metabolic rate test, the results were good. Mike measured my fat, measured my body in inches and took photos, so we can see how I have progressed in 3 months time. I know how many calories I can eat daily as well, to help me lose weight. However, since I started training I have lost 7lbs of weight!! And dropped a dress size😊 Mike pushes me when he knows I can go that bit extra, but also recognises when I’m struggling, I feel I am in safe hands. I am looking forward to my next measurements in September!!! I can highly recommend Mike, he is a professional, friendly person, knowledgeable in all areas of training clearly passionate about what he offers. Less
