Julian's always takes care of us! It was that time of year to have our down comforter dry cleaned and as usual it came out perfect. Very reasonable price too- $22, one of the only places that hasn't gone up with everything else going up in price. Would recommend to family and friends!

Some what pleased, I had 2 suits and 4 shirts dry clean. I asked for heavy starch and military creases on the shirts, I did not get the creases and it could of been a little more starch.

Dry cleaning of a bed comforter

Got an expensive hoodie dry cleaned here. It had pretty bad grease stains on it. I was really worried it would not come out. Julian’s dry cleaning got all the stains out and it was even was done early! Will for sure be coming here again if needed

I brought a dress here with grease stains on it and I appreciated the honesty that the person at the desk said it’s possible it may not come out but if I didn’t they could dry clean it again and try again. I had a brand new suit that I had purchased pressed. they did a very very good job. And Austin was very accommodating and help me with things as I have a disability he made sure my suit was in my vehicle hanging up for me. I would not hesitate to use that facility again .

When I dropped garments of for dry cleaning, the service ticket reflected a pickup date different than the actual pickup date. Aside from the minor travel inconvenience, the service was very professional. Will continue to utilize this company.

They apparently send all dry cleaning to other locations all over the Rochester area and have no system for tracking. Never take anything of any value or importance!! Less
