At first, my progress seemed slow. There were good weeks where pain in my shoulder were minimal and weeks of seemingly set backs. However, the knowledgeable team knows exactly what they were doing with my twice weekly routine and the pain, which had me unable to sleep comfortably was gone. Stick with the program. After yrs of back therapy and weekly chiropractor visit to relieve my back tightness/pain. I was open minded about trying Amino Neuro Frequency Therapy. The results were felt same-day and lasted a couple months before I felt some back pain again. I am so grateful for Russo Therapeutics! I went through a recommendation from another patient. The staff, Betsy, Veronica, Rachel and Brooke are amazing, friendly and extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was so amazed and elated to be able to do this for the first time in 2 years!!!! Was a little bizarre walking into a location for hand therapy that offers so many different services, it raised some flags with me around what truly was the specialty… but I continued on and gave it a shot. I had high level of care. I had the pleasure of working with a hand therapist for 16 weeks and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with Rachel’s knowledge, expertise, empathy, sense of humor and level of care. From the moment I walked into the clinic, I felt at ease. Rachel was warm, welcoming, and took the time to really listen to my concerns and answer any questions I had. She was extremely knowledgeable about hand anatomy and physiology and was able to explain things to me in a way that was easy to understand. Throughout my therapy sessions, Rachel was patient, encouraging, and always had my best interests in mind. She tailored my treatment plan to my specific needs and goals and was always open to adjusting it as needed. She was also very proactive in her approach, providing me with exercises and stretches to do at home to help speed up my recovery. Though I have not yet been able to conquer the hand issues, I have slightly improved & Overall, I had an excellent experience working with her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality care. I had swelling in my right wrist and thumb area and the Orthopedic said i have arthritis and gave me a Cortisone shot which did not help. Betsy is Awesome!! I went in for my left thumb and right shoulder and left feeling great. The pain went from an everyday thing to barely feeling any pain. Would recommend her to anyone, she's very patient and will figure out what the issue is and go right to taking care of the issue.

I can write pages worth of good things to say about Betsy who is the owner of Russo Therapeutics. I had a thumb/wrist pain that appeared to be De Quervain's tenosynovitis for several years. The pain was there 24/7, and I pretty much tried everything you can find online to fix the problem myself but nothing worked (thumb splint, exercises, etc.). My primary care physician suggested a really good occupational therapist (OT) in the area so I decided to give this a try for 2 weeks. I was being impatient and scheduled a doctor's appointment, thinking that cortisone shots can fix the problem for good (cancelled sessions with Betsy after 2 weeks). Well, my wife found out about a week later and told me that I was being impatient, which is exactly the same thing that Betsy told me but in much nicer way. I went back for 2 additional sessions, and she fixed my problem for good. If you put aside your discomfort/pain for long period of time and need to see OT, it's worth every penny and time so please go see her (and definitely, try more than 2 sessions!).
