Started the 6 week challenge . Great support throughout, fully explained what was expected from me, but always available I'd I had any questions. Trainers were brilliant, I have a injured knee so always helping me change an exercise so as not to further injure it. So 6 weeks lost over 12kg, feel so much better, thanks guys. Now for 12 weeks ro get ro my optimum weight.
Top class gym, terrific people. I was visiting St Anne’s and I wanted a gym so I could continue my regular work out while I was away from home. Kinetics obliged and I really enjoyed the experience. Highly recommend it.

The classes are hard work but fun and different every week to keep it fresh. With normal people of all levels, the class can be taylored to specific needs and skills, with the class leaders being encouraging, not pushy. Recipes are tasty, varied and easy to make. Do your body a favour and take the 6 week challenge, you'll feel better and lose unwanted lbs in a friendly atmosphere.
I reluctantly joined the gym to lose weight and try and get healthy by participating in the kinetic 6 week challenge but turns out I am actually really enjoying it!!! The best thing are the classes followed by the personal accountability check-ins to keep you on track. Nice to try out a different diet. Excellent instructors and friendly atmosphere. If you need motivating try this challenge!!!!

Honestly the best gym/classes I’ve ever been to! Kinetics is so inviting, friendly atmosphere and makes you want to exercise! The classes are different every week and such a good variety of exercises, and the groups are small which is really nice. If you’re someone nervous about the thought of going to a gym, this is the place for you. Can’t recommend enough!

I just want to let people know about the great gym Kinetics in St Annes. After six weeks of support and advice I have lost weight and become more confident. I have never experienced such attention and encouragement from a gym before and would recommend anyone looking to lose weight and become fitter to contact Dean now.

The classes are so much fun and the staff and clients are so lovely and welcoming. The meal plan on the 6 week challenge is the first diet I’ve had where I’m not constantly starving. I’m on a vegan plan too. Couldn’t recommend kinetics enough. :)
Great gym. Dean and the other PTs make you feel part of the kinetics family from the get go. So supportive on your journey whether it be weight loss or general fitness. Love the class programs and would highly recommend if you need to boost your confidence for first time gym goers

There is always something new going on which you can join challenges or join the classes including yoga. The classes change every week you never do the same routine twice. The members are great we have a laugh and work hard together. Everyone in the class can be from beginners to long term members. Been a member of this great setup now for nearly 5 years, can only say they are all amazing and what they do is unique.100% recommend them, the attention to detail and different classes every week are fantastic. I feel energised all the time now, lost around 13 kg over the years whilst still enjoying life. Feel younger and fitter than I have in years.
The fitness classes are outstanding such a variety of cardio and strength changes weekly. Lots of time slots throughout Monday to Saturday. The coaches very encouraging push you to your limits at your pace. All ages all sizes friendly atmosphere- Give it a go

Great training experience from the Kinetics team at the Glendower Hotel in St Anne’s. If your looking for a personal training approach Kinetic will work with you to develop a personal training plan. Great classes great team and a personal approach. I cannot recommend enough 5 Stars
I’ve been with kinetics about two years now not only are the personal trainers high quality but the team are very supportive in everything health concerned and all they do the gym is very personal and being a young conscious women it suits me perfectly it’s s little gym family xxxx

I’ve been with Kinetics 2 and a half years now snd still love it as much. Being 2.5 stone lighter and keeping it off has meant the world to me especially during lockdown when I stuck with the programme remotely. During lock down my weight increased and I felt I no longer had control over it. I’ve only been going to Kinetics for 14 weeks, after initially signing up for the 6 week challenge. I’ve now lost over 10kg, I’m feeling stronger and healthier than I have for a long time. My weight is still decreasing, whilst feeling stronger and happier. All staff are supportive. Dean is very encouraging during reviews and adapts food recommendations based on progress. Mark has been fantastic at supporting progress with exercise. I’m no longer looking to short term fixes. I am finding benefits of being a member of Kinetics both physically and mentally beneficial. I plan to stay as part of the ‘Kinetics Family’ for a long time to come. Less

I joined Kinetics just over 3 years ago, I was given a personalised plan detailing exercise and diet split down to carbs, fats and proteins with a long list of foods I could eat. I lost 10Kg 2 stone in 8 weeks!! I've kept up the regular exercise ever since the classes are first class with great instructors highly recommend

They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all very motivating. There have been parts of the diet that I ve found difficult e g eating vegetables for breakfast, but you do adjust. There is plenty of support from all the trainers, whether it be face to face, by text message or an answer to a query on the facebook support page. There is also fantastic support from the 6 week challenge Facebook group, sharing advice, pictures and encouragement. I joined Kinetics in the first week of January for the 6 week challenge and oh my what a life changing experience. I hadn't been to a gym for 20 years, did no exercise at all, ate too much bad stuff and am diabetic. Not good, to say I was out of condition is putting it mildly. I was really nervous the first session wondering what I had let myself in for but shouldn't have worried because everybody is so friendly and Dave, Peter, Dean, Craig and Alanis are so supportive. The workouts are tough but always fun and I can honestly say I have never been fitter than I am now and my diabetes is much more under control with my healthy diet. Thank you. Less

Friendly trainers, small groups. I was made to feel welcome, the exercises change weekly so there's always a new challenge to keep you interested and the trainers are excellent in motivating you. They let you work to your own level but push you to do your best. I've lost 10kg and toned up so much in 6 weeks.
Good Gym for me as it's quiet and I've only been using the barbell in the squat rack / safety cage. would be 5 stars if it was open later in evenings, only open till mid day at weekends.
Fitness training is an individual thing whether you train as a team for a team sport or as an individual in a group of like minded people. Kinetics treat you as an individual and tailor you programme to your needs. They are a diverse group of instructors but all are friendly and measure their own success by whether you achieve your goals. Highly recommended.

The 6 week challenge was a much needed reminder of the importance of self care and adopting a healthy approach to life. Being a busy single parent and running my own business I wasn't quite sure how I would find the time to commit to the process.. but as everyone involved was so nice and the results started to show quickly it wasn't difficult at all. The food sheets showed me how to plan and shop well and importantly how to prepare what I was going to eat for the day ahead so that I always organised. I never felt hungry and as a result my bad eating habits dropped off instantly. The exercise classes were really varied, motivating and stretching so you felt a real sense of achievement when you left. The good choice of music helped and all the great coaches gave me the drive to push myself to a whole new level. I'm on a mission to keep ageing at bay and this has all certainly helped. There have been many other benefits too.. as well as hitting my targets so that my body looks younger I have felt more energised throughout each day, I have slept better and therefore been able to focus more at work and my skin has improved too. With the support I've had I now know that my new mindset will lead to 2018 being one of the best years for both me and my business. Thankyou very much everyone at Kinetics. Less
Great place. I've been a member now approximately four months and I am really impressed with Dean and Craig (the owners). They have put together a great gym with everything you need and plenty of classes. It is based in the hotel but membership is available to non residents. There is also a beauty salon that I haven't used.
