When I started the 90 day course, I was very skeptical of the ideas & if I would have any results. My biggest change has been a decrease in joint pain caused by inflammation. Plus in the process I am eating much better then I did, & rethinking many of the products I use.

Hi! My daughter and I were blessed to be able to attend Theresa’s class at our church. She really opened our eyes to how we should be treating our overall health. We learned about “drops on a sponge” and about “recharging our batteries”. She taught us things that we should know, but don’t know about our gut health. And how our gut health impacts our body. She also taught us about keeping our bodies healthy and having a positive mindset when it comes to changing the way you treat your health.

This program really opened my eyes to all the toxins my body was absorbing on a daily basis and all the chemicals I was consuming in what I thought was food. This program has helped me eat more foods that are made from real ingredients. I have tried to eliminate as many fake foods and pre-made dinners as possible. I cannot even remember the last time i drank a soda. I have lost 35 pounds and counting! Thank you Theresa!

The knowledge and encouragement I have gained from working with Theresa Fallow have enabled me to regain a level of health I was beginning to think was out of my reach. Chronic pain was my constant companion for over 30 years and I had several chronic diseases. I now have lots of pain-free days, my sleep has improved and I've finally been able to lose most of the weight I needed to lose. I'm also on less medication than I was before I started working with her. Theresa's course content, blogs, videos and in-person classes are awesome!
