I saw a Richard Barker doing a hypnotist show on the Viva. It was a great and entertaining show where he did some amazing things on stage with random volunteers from the audience. In addition, his seminar about self-hypnosis was very interesting. What he is teaching is really working. I have tried meditation on my own for a while, but I have struggled to get what I want out of it. With Richard's techniques, I was able to get into a deep sleep in just 20 minutes. I highly recommend to see his show if you have the opportunity. Happy and Hypnotized! Less
