After over 5 years of considering these guys my healthcare team…. I still love these guys!! Dr Dixon (the best chiro) and Dr Ben (the best primary care) and the staff are outstanding! I highly recommend. It’s really difficult to find providers that actually take the time to know you and listen and that’s NOT the case with Harpeth! You will be impressed with service and care you get — from the front desk to the providers.

I came here for shoulder pain, and they ended up slamming my head down on their massage bed and hurting my neck. This was over a year ago, and the pain keeps returning in my neck from what they did. Wouldn't recommend going here.

I've been a patient at Harpeth Valley Health and The Dixon Center for over four years, and I can’t recommend them enough! Dr. Ben is my primary doctor, and he is absolutely incredible—kind, attentive, and truly invested in his patients' well-being. He takes the time to listen, answer questions, and make sure I feel heard and cared for.I also see Dr. Derek, the chiropractor, and he’s just as amazing! His adjustments have made a huge difference for me, and he always makes sure I’m comfortable and well-informed.Beyond just the doctors, the entire staff is outstanding. Everyone who works here is genuinely friendly, caring, and invested in their patients. I have been coming here for several years. These people are like family to me. I have used several of the services that are offered and been so pleased with them all. I have had knee injections and allergy shots and now I’m doing the weight loss program and have been so pleased and so successful!! I also come here for my PCP. I can’t explain how wonderful this place and these people are, I look forward to seeing them every time !!

The weight loss program has definitely been motivating . I’m currently doing weight loss injections and lost 60 lbs visits are quick and convenient. Heather does a great job of keeping you on track and motivating you to hit your goal . I encourage anyone that has had a struggle to lose weight and tired of feeling depressed about it to call and schedule an appointment.

I would caution anyone thinking of using their chiropractic care. After going in for some chronic back and neck soreness they told me, before even looking at x-rays or doing anything, that I would need an arbitrary 12 visits. After seeing "Dr. Derek" one time I experienced some relief. I then made the mistake of mentioning some previous shoulder impingement issues that weren't a problem at the time. The next 4 visits I experienced increasing pain in my shoulder, back and neck from "adjustments." I promptly ended "care" after these visits and still, 7 weeks later, have nerve and joint pain in my neck, back and shoulder that I did not previously have!! The "adjustments" were so forceful at times that I actually sustained some whiplash like symptoms in my neck. They literally made everything worse! Follow Yelp reviews. They more accurately reflect true service quality. I would NOT recommend this business.

This is the absolute best Dr's office I've ever been to I'm always nervous and don't want to go but they are so nice and polite and caring from the time you walk in the door till you leave they see what your insurance does and they make the best plan for you even if no insurance ive never met any better Dr's before the first thing they tried for my migraine worked when other places gave me 20 different pills ive been on the same medication without switching to 20 different things they are fast and they appreciate your time ill.go here forever I love everyone Jackie Leslie trinity Sarah dr ben this is the best experience ever they even have chiropractic in the office and that team is amazing thank you so much

Dixon chiropractor has given me my life back! When I started 6 months ago I had limited motion of my neck. Severe headaches and ear aches! I can now have somewhat of a normal life! I am forever grateful for them and their team! Would recommend them to anyone struggling with pain!! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!

My nonverbal autistic adult son is the patient, and this was his first appointment both at HVHC and with his new PCP, who had to change due to insurance. Everyone was so nice. The wait wasn’t long. Dr Ben (DNP) was great, and my son cooperated on a level I’ve never seen him do with any medical provider before. I was so proud of him for allowing his BP to be taken as well as his blood drawn with no complaints whatsoever. Maybe it partly has to do with having accompanied me on many visits to TN Oncology and realizing this is normal routine medical stuff. But I also think Dr Ben’s kind demeanor had a lot, perhaps more, to do with making my son trusting and confident during the exam. I had been anxious about switching his provider, but I’m so glad I found one close by who takes my son’s insurance and is obviously very good at his profession. My son left in a great mood. Thanks, Dr Ben and HVHC!

This doctor's office is great! Dr. Sarah Hodges is literally the best doctor for me that I have ever met. She understands me well and she is passionate about what she does, and her patients. She asks questions instead of assuming and my own questions get fully answered as well. She addresses every concern seriously. She also cares about preventing future issues, not just treating current ones. I could not be happier with my experiences there. The nurses and staff all also shine here and are fantastic at Harpeth Valley Health and Dixon Center.
