After going in for some chronic back and neck soreness they told me, before even looking at x-rays or doing anything, that I would need an arbitrary 12 visits. After seeing "Dr. Derek" one time I experienced some relief. I then made the mistake of mentioning some previous shoulder impingement issues that weren't a problem at the time. The next 4 visits I experienced increasing pain in my shoulder, back and neck from "adjustments." I promptly ended "care" after these visits and still, 7 weeks later, have nerve and joint pain in my neck, back and shoulder that I did not previously have!! The "adjustments" were so forceful at times that I actually sustained some whiplash like symptoms in my neck. They literally made everything worse! Follow Yelp reviews. They more accurately reflect true service quality. I would NOT recommend this business. Less
