As a first timer to a CrossFit gym, I was a bit nervous coming here until I met the coaches. Specifically Kayla, Jenn, and Nicole have been amazing to have classes with. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. They will also provide alternatives to workouts for all fitness levels.

Jenn is amazing. I'm so new to CrossFit, and Jenn is always right there helping me fix something in my form or technique. She notices when my posture shifts during lifts and patiently guides me to adjust, making sure I’m doing the movements safely and effectively.Her attention to detail is impressive - she catches the little things that make a big difference in how the workout feels and how my body responds. Plus, her knowledge is unmatched; she explains why certain exercises are important and how to approach them, which makes me feel more confident every session. Working with Jenn at CrossFit Sabal Park has turned what could be an overwhelming experience into something manageable and even exciting.

Have nothing but great things to say about this gym. As a competitive athlete in jiujitsu, I needed my workouts to match that pace and challenge me. I walked into Crossfit Sabal Park and immediately knew after my trial class that I was gonna sign up. Crossfit has easily become my co main activity along side jiujitsu. The coaches here are unmatched! They have challenged me, pushed me, & educated me in my health & fitness journey. If you want a family friendly + supportive community, this is it. Me and my family look forward to class everyday. 🙌🏽

I take my daughter to Kayla twice a week for patellar tendinitis and she is amazing. Extremely knowledgeable and makes it fun for her. The gym is family friendly and has all and equipment you could need. It’s been great finding her.

CrossFit Sabal Park is very welcoming!! From the moment I walk in, there’s a warm, family-oriented vibe that makes me feel right at home. What I really appreciate is that I can bring my baby along without any hassle, which takes a big weight off my mind and lets me focus on the workout.The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive - they don’t just shout instructions but take the time to watch your form closely, offer helpful corrections, and encourage you throughout each movement. Their support feels genuine, like they truly want you to succeed and improve safely. This combination of a friendly atmosphere and skilled coaching makes every visit feel comfortable and motivating, and it’s exactly why I keep coming back.

My daughter and I just started at CrossFit Sabal Park, they made an intimidating experience feel welcoming and warm. Everyone is extremely friendly and helps us along the way. They offered private lessons with a coach so we could learn how to do the moves safely, which was very important to me. We are excited for our CrossFit journey because of how awesome everyone has been!

It’s been one month since I joined CrossFit Sabal Park and I can’t say enough amazing things about this place!! The coaches are top notch, encouraging, knowledgeable, and truly push you to be the best version of yourself you can be. They have made me fall in love with CrossFit all over again. The people are great and have created a positive atmosphere that I look forward to going into everyday. CrossFit Sabal Park truly feels like a second home. CFSP has been absolutely incredible. I had a very small baby when I joined, so so was nervous about bringing him to a new gym and how it would be received. They were so accommodating and Kayla is the absolute best. I love that I call this my home gym and my whole family feels so welcome. ❤️💪🏻
