Im not sure if I went with the wrong technician but DO NOT come here for a gel manicure. I came here to get a french tip gel manicure, my technician wasnt very nice to me and to top it off, filed my nails to the point where my nails were thin and red. My nails didn't even last a week. Kim is just THE BEST. I’m very picky about the cuticles. I always want them to look nice. I’ve been to so many places that does the extensions but keep it very far from the cuticles which I hate it. Good service in the salon, not too expensive, however the gel polish just isn't very durable and by the end of 2 weeks I had multiple nails chipping and cracking and a few cracked clean in half. The hot towel after the manicure was a nice touch but I just can't see myself coming back as long as the durability continues to be an issue

I’ve been going here for about 7 months and I never had a problem with my nails until the last two times I went. I'm coming to N nails for years, perhaps religiously ever 4 weeks. Had one silly incident with a delayed appointment, and the owner personally called me back to apologize. I probably worked with all nail techs there and couldn't be happier. They are surely the best in the area and deserve 10 stars.

Loved this place! Highly recommend! I showed them a picture of what kind of design I wanted and my nail tech listened to it and delivered exactly the kind of design I wanted! I am giving them 4 stars only because I think 95$ was a bit too expensive for me for acrylic nails with minimal design on it. But I am very satisfied with the results !

Second time giving this place a shot. They won't get a third. Matte gel manicure was done with the polish put on so thin that I could still see parts of my nail through it. I had to go back in and fix a few fingers, of which only 1 looked better and 2 looked worse. And in less than a week a few fingers had chips.... did I say it was gel? Waste of money.

I got a gel manicure done and the paint chipped within days. The finishing also was not the best.

It was my first time getting my nails done and I don’t like it. My nails were uneven and not even straight obviously not as I explained. They do not clean their tools properly. The lady was on phone all the time and not taking care on details. I wouldn’t recommend K Nails. Regret spending $70 on this.

This nail salon was ok. The feeling of the salon was great, and the employees’ attitudes were ok. I enjoyed the massages from the pedicure, but the polish chipped half off by the next day. The quality wasn’t too good. I wouldn’t recommend K Nails, especially with the price that could be better spend on other salons.

Went in for a simple pedicure. They do not clense their tools properly, ended up with a foot infection and hurts to walk on it. I used to not have a problem with them in the past but now, especially following COVID, sanitation should be a primary focus. Will not be returning.

Instead of being apologetic for my inconvenience and time wasted, Anna proceeded to project an attitude, as if it was MY problem that their equipment did not work, or the fact that they did not have a backup solution/remedy. Having already been there two hours, twice as long as a fill should take, I was frustrated and simply paid and left. I ultimately went to another nail salon to have the blotchy mess fixed, putting out even more time and money for the correction - on top of the two hours and $60 for the fill at K Nails. They are overpriced and unprofessional, save your time and take your business elsewhere. *Update: I was not late, they called me the morning of my appointment and asked to change my scheduled time, and if I come in earlier, I got there as soon as I could. The owner response directly reflects the inconsideration and lack of value for their clients. *As far as “manicure” and fill, I simply asked that she trim some of my cuticles since my hands were going to be photographed. If you’re going to up-charge to simply trim cuticles, that should be properly communicated prior to the service. $80 for a full set & $60 for a fill is grossly inflated - regardless of how many cuticles you cut, period. I had previously gotten dip powder done at another salon and did not have a good experience (it cracked and fell off within 24 hours on a few fingers, and the salon staff told me my nails were too weak for the dip to work correctly) so I waited a few months and gave my nails a break before trying again. I explained this to the staff at K Nails and they reassured me that my nails were fine and the dip would stay on for "2 weeks minimum" and let me know that if I had any issue and it didn't stay on correctly I could come back in. Unsurprisingly, a week later the polish on multiple nails was lifting off (completely fell off on one finger) and cracked off on others. I went into K Nails to show them what had happened, and since I knew clearly dip powder is just not going to work for me, I showed the staff my receipt and asked for my money back. The staff refused to refund my money and asked why I would even try dip powder again after having a bad experience the first time. I explained that as a nurse, it was important for me to have a manicure that does not crack or chip (for infection control purposes) and one staff member told me he has family members that are nurses and accused me of lying about the policies that state nurses do not have cracked nail polish (why he thinks I would make this up is beyond me!) Then this staff member even went as far as to tell me he would "call the cops" to solve the issue when I continued to simply just ask for a refund. At this point I left and just accepted that I wasted $40 (and my time) on a dip powder manicure that did not even stay on for a week. Its unfortunate that the staff at K Nails felt it was necessary to escalate this issue as far as it went. If you value customer service and want a quality manicure/pedicure, pick another salon! Less

Since I (like most people) don’t carry cash I had to take money out of their ATM to tip which of course charges a fee. In 2018, I just don’t think that that’s an acceptable business practice, especially since they can already run credit cards. However, I’ll probably return (with cash, next time) because Daniel was so friendly and he did such a nice job on my nails. I don’t think I’m exaggerating to say that this is the happiest I’ve ever been with my nails and the experience I had at a nail salon. If the review was just for him, he would get 5/5 stars from me. The girl who did my pedicure did a nice job as well, although she was less talkative and I didn’t get her name. They seem to employ very friendly and personable nail techs which I appreciate. It was a bit bare bones for a manicure/pedicure service and they charge average to slightly high prices in my opinion but I’m so happy with how my acrylics look and the friendly environment there that I felt it was worth it.
