I’ve been going here for about 7 months and I never had a problem with my nails until the last two times I went. The top of my nails aren’t straight and the French tip design she did on my first finger was very thin as I asked. She did the other 9 and the lines are so thick and uneven and they don’t match my pinky. There are little specs all overt my nails. Even though I was there for an hour and a half it was very much rushed threw. I was bleeding during the appointment on my ring finger as well as my thumb. She just said “you’re bleeding”. If you can’t do a simple French tip or hard gel just say that. I originally asked for the gentleman that works there or my normal lady. I was informed she doesn’t work there anymore so I thought I’d try another lady. My nails are so messed up and cut up, I will not be returning. Thank you Less

Second time giving this place a shot. They won't get a third. Matte gel manicure was done with the polish put on so thin that I could still see parts of my nail through it. I had to go back in and fix a few fingers, of which only 1 looked better and 2 looked worse. And in less than a week a few fingers had chips.... did I say it was gel? Waste of money.... More
