I just tried out the 9:45am bootcamp at Soundview Strength & Conditioning for the first time…it was a BLAST! The regulars were so nice and the coaches are incredibly encouraging/welcoming. (S/O to Lindsay) I’ll be making this a regular part of my regimen and highly, highly recommend! 💪🏼

Big fan of this gym, they’re effective classes with couches that teach good form and alternate forms of exercises based on your skill level. 💪🏽

Dropped in for a couple days visiting my friend Lisa who lives and goes to this box as well. Great location, solid equipment, clean space and awesome coaches! Had Coach Mark and Dominic. Definitely recommend if you are in the area!!!

No nonsense gym. Pretty much feels like a community. Knowledgeable coaches, members are equally as nice and welcoming. You can attended classes or do your own thing. Dropped in at a very last minute in July 2022 and been a member ever since.

They start with stretching and a warm up and then you work on a strength piece for the day to practice lifts, and finish with a WOD. The group style fitness is motivating or you can do your own thing in the gym. They also have boot camps. They have a variety of times to fit your schedule. The trainers are knowledgeable and helpful to ensure you are doing lifts safely. They also push you to perform at your best. All around, I highly recommend this gym! Less

I love the coaches here at soundview, they made me feel welcome and not feel “weird” about not being as “in shape” as some of the others. The classes are great and the fact that they are pretty much everyday,many classes a day fits my schedule

My wife and I have been members for 3 or 4 years and we love this community. The gym has continued to improve throughout that time and we're excited to be part of it as it grows. The owners and coaches clearly care deeply about this gym and community - the new facility is awesome but they and the members are what make it great!

The atmosphere here is one of my favorite things about the gym. It’s incredibly inviting and people are super friendly! The staff are professional and their sense of humor is what makes you feel so at home. Great equipment and it’s super affordable.

Very good place. Definitely not overcrowded. I came from chico state and the gym they have here feels very similar and also welcoming. Definitely a fan of the second floor cardio so people can't see you sweating like a mad man.

Has everything you need in exercise equipment... good price for membership

I dropped in “fresh” from a long flight. Gym was clean and the layout makes sense. Workout was challenging and easily scalable. Jason was my coach and was knowledgeable and motivating. A fine gym really close to the airport. Neat little neighborhood just down the road too. Definitely recommended.

Good, caring people. Great coaching and no drama. This is the only club in Burien worth visiting!

Good coaches, supportive community of athletes of diverse abilities

I love this gym. The coaches are very good at making sure you are doing things safely and with good form while pushing you at the same time. (I'm a beginner 😊). The community feel here is amazing. Everybody makes you feel welcome and cheers you on, which is a great feeling being a noob.
