I’m leaving out of town tomorrow on a crunch and every place in the Tricitys is down the spray tan machine except this place a hidden gem! Out of all the places I called this place had the best customer service. Exquisite experience. I typically separate a self-care morning, monthly, and have tried several spas near my home in the Seattle-Bellevue area, yet was pleasantly surprised to have an equal or even more pleasant experience at À La Mode. Lei and Dora have magic hands. The atmosphere is luxurious yet cozy. Lots of attention to detail and excellent customer experience. I will definitely come back when I visit Tri-Cities. Less

I am so grateful that I was gifted this experience. Kendra gave an amazing massage with just the right amount of firmness but was also gentle with my foot scrub. Allysa gave me a fabulous facial, even helped a girl out with some chapped lips. Receptionist was also very welcoming. The environment was very calming, I caught myself drifting off a few times. I honestly can't explain how much I loved my massage with Melissa! She was so sweet, kept me comfortable, customized the perfect massage for all my aches, and gave me the perfect combo of conversation and quiet time. It's been five days and the longest I've gone without neck/shoulder pain! I feel great and I can't wait for my next one! :) Side note: The tea and chocolate you get before and after your service are amazing and my fiancé LOVED the huge beanbag chair in the relaxing waiting room!
